All right. So Cam, if you want to, I was just kind of briefing Francisco on what the agenda for the meeting was gonna be. I know that we were gonna go in initially with the Sanity dashboard that you created, so if any changes were to be made in the future they could be made easily. So if you just want to hop right into that.

I'll provide you the URLs to access this page, but for your reference, it's going to be at sanity.flcollection.io. Normally, if I go in another tab which I won't be able to show, it's going to ask you to sign in. I'll need to invite you as an admin after this meeting. Just wanted to make sure you knew where the invite was coming from and what it was for before signing that. As a matter of fact, I might be able to just set that right now while we're on this call. Sorry about that. Did you already buy the domain? Yeah. How much was it? It was 50 bucks. Okay. And how much is it yearly? It would just be 50 bucks to renew, I believe. Okay. Pretty standard for URLs like this.

Yeah, but all of that is gonna be at flcollection.io. And yeah, you've obviously seen that, and maybe we could talk about that a bit more. But yeah, to explain what this is, it's a dashboard that you can go in and edit copy, like what's displaying on certain pages, what the names of properties you might be showcasing are, addresses, things of that nature. It's been separated into three sections: the homepage, listing, and past work. If there's anything that you think is missing that you'd also like to be able to edit on a regular basis, you can certainly let us know. It shouldn't be too difficult to add that. But it should make things fairly easy to edit going forward.

As you see, it's fairly straightforward how it works. You see that they've got these photos here. If you're curious about the WebP formatting, I can obviously explain that. On a regular basis, I believe it's every five minutes, it's going to kick off a job in the Cloudflare infrastructure that's hosting your website, and it's going to sync whatever you did in Sanity to the website. So changes that we make will move directly to the website after that job runs. It'll basically be like live updating the website without having to code. Makes sense. Sweet.

Yeah, and so just to give a little bit of context regarding status on the website and what we're doing with HubSpot. As you and Miguel have spoken about, there's just a couple of things that we need to wrap up on the site. And once we get all that implemented, we'll do the final wiring up of the site, and that will connect to HubSpot and we'll start to be able to run the nurture automations and handle your automated maintenance of comms going out to leads inbound from contact forms on your site. I know we'll be helping out with that as well. And yeah, from there, once we have all those pieces, we should be in a pretty good spot and ready for launch.

Francisco, just out of curiosity, man, do you have like a timeline for when you can get all that done? Correct me if I'm wrong, I think we're missing pictures on Henna Alifa. Pictures are coming in today — they already came and took the pictures. We'll get that today or tomorrow. And we'll use that headshot I gave you in the meantime until I get another one. And that's it, really. Another sprint and that should already be on the other side. Okay, cool.

Yeah, so then that's perfect, because part of what I wanted to discuss was kind of getting into the campaigns and everything. I feel like it'd be in our best interest for the website to be ready. Because if you can take people into a website that's really well designed, really well done, with a clear path to the contact form so people can get in contact with you, I think that's going to be beneficial because it shows credibility. It shows like, you're not one of these realtors on IAE that just has a form. We'll do the form as well, right? We're gonna test it. We'll make sure to try every strategy to see what works better. But it would be in our best interest to have the website ready prior to going into the ad campaigns. We're already set up on the ad campaigns because we did that last week, so that's all good. If we can get that like today and kind of be ready for the end of the week, I'd say if that's ready on Thursday, we could start sending out ads on Friday.

All right, perfect. We're just missing — I don't think we need anything. We could start running ads today, and then I'll handle it by tomorrow. I don't see why that should make a difference.

Bueno. Yeah, I mean there's still a couple of things that need to be done once those pictures are sent in. Just the final details of the wiring and whatnot. I know Miguel was also working on some small details of the design. But I expect that once we have those pictures and once he finishes that up — even the small tweaks I sent last week? All of that, and just making some minor touch-ups on some details that I've noticed. It's nothing major. It doesn't affect anything. It's just taking care of the details.

And also, I wanted to ask — let me look at the foundation section of the website. Because I sent a message at 5 AM basically saying "FL Collection Pillars." I think Luis had asked me for pillars or sort of values or something. I had it written down. I forgot to send it to you guys. Okay.

But you can incorporate that however you feel, if it's necessary or not or whatever. Okay, perfect. All right, Miguel, I think we could add the main ones that I use. Like, those would be fun. We definitely want the highest resolution version of those images. Yeah, but you have the highest resolution. See, I have the images. Yeah, it's just clarification. All right, cool.

So yeah, like ideally if we have this ready for Thursday, start getting people. Did you get a chance to revise the reels? I can just take a look at that. I'll do that today. But I think they're looking fine. Okay, cool.

So I just wanted to establish a day of production work. Big rocks, people love that shit. You know, like marble or quartz or whatever it is we're gonna pick, and the reasons why we pick certain colors for certain things. Obviously we have that batch of... So this week is pretty good. I don't know what your guys' availability is, but on Thursday onwards they start installing — I want a timeline on this because I think it's cabinets, the closets and all that stuff.

Like in theory, we could — I knew that. Obviously depending on the availability of Miguel. Like in theory, I would say the earliest we can do is Friday because we are pretty booked up. I do have, I believe, a meeting early in the morning on Friday. Any other dates? Like, could Monday also work for you? Yeah, Monday's good. We can do it as well. It's good to start things early, type of insurance, make sure we finish. So if at 1pm we could be recording, then that would be solid. To be determined. I'm not sure how much you did of this, but if you like, take a skill and say "hey, can you try and interpolate these three projects, take a look at these websites, look at how they're designed," whatever whatever, then feed them in after. You're saying — right? Yeah, I mean, use the skill to give it instruction on how to take what it learned and turn that into a real design. That seems like super logical, honestly, and I haven't done it that way. You know, like with separate prompting on everything, but I think that'd work. I mean, it's just going to be between us.
