Executive Summary
April 28 was dominated by a strategic pivot meeting with Abdullah and Zach around the Elite Flippers real estate venture, where the team decided to laser-focus on building the PPL (Pay Per Lead) platform as the primary revenue driver -- deprioritizing WebinarJam (handed off to a hired team for $1k) and Revio/ManyChat setup work. Abdullah revealed he's sold $800k in leads to IcePToLead at $35/lead (resold at $100-150), fueling the vision to become a PPL platform company with features like AI-powered comparables, a lead bidding system with anonymous bids, and a leaderboard -- targeting $500k+/month revenue. The brand "Soldi" (Italian for money) was chosen after "Closers" was ruled out due to a competitor, with soldi.cc purchased as a placeholder and debate ongoing about the $2k soldi.net domain and $3k Instagram handle. Separately, on the SmallWorld/Rel.ai side, Cam discussed ActiveCampaign-to-Lofty lead integration (settling on CSV pass-through with AI categorization) and a prompt suggestion feature for Rel.ai filters that should avoid LLM calls for speed/cost reasons.

# Transcript: 2026-04-28 > 48 time blocks from 7:55 AM to 9:43 PM --- ### Casual greeting and brief chat **7:55 AM - 7:57 AM PDT** | *casual* **Microphone:** I'm sorry. Thank you. I'm going to go ahead and put it in the middle of the room. I'll play around with it a little bit; I can show you tomorrow or something, but I just don't think it's anything special, right? I mean, I know. It should be doing searches and... Yo, guys, what's up, man? What's up, Mr. DeFar? Hey. Too much, bro. I got five more minutes left on this call and then I'm gonna continue on. My bad, bro; this was the third last day to turn this in. If I don't turn this in, my team will beat my ass. All right, more important, appreciate you, bro. All right, Jim. So, here, I'll walk you through—yeah, yeah. Okay, so here's what I put together just to sort of talk through everything that we had on the agenda. This is also stuff that I did today. We had already done a lot of this. I set up the Meta Pixel dataset. We verified the eliteflippers.com domain on Meta. I did a dedicated registration page on eliteflippers.com for the webinar. This posts to go highlight to Google Analytics and to Meta Dataset. We also get opt-ins for email, SMS, and calling when they submit the form for the future. I don't know why this shit says CAM; this is also irrelevant. I signed up for WebinarJam. I got another free trial. I finessed it. I'm not sure if they're going to charge me eventually, but we should be good until next week. This is irrelevant; I'm just going to have this fucking removed before we go. I'm going to say, "Write Zach and K. Jam." Good call. And then, yep, let me take a look at the rest. Webinar configuration settings: add plan with creative, debris, camera slides, slide decks. Wow, looks good dude, big lead. Yeah, I mean that's just like our placeholder name for now. Yeah, that's good. And then our closer is what it's called on here. Let's see here, I've got that... oh, these outbound messages are saved here. Where the fuck did I put that? Just gone forever, I guess. So somewhere here. I'm also assuming we're gonna have to re-authenticate on this call because there's something weird going on. We don't really have anything here; this is where we'll set those, and we'll set them as the ones that we said, which—I'm not super... "Are you into real estate? What's up? Are you thinking about getting into the real estate game and what you know about wholesaling?" Not the strongest openers, but I mean, I guess it works. And then, yeah, returning back to the presentation—or not the presentation, but included in here is like a couple of mocks of the presentation for the webinar. Yeah, I saw that. It looks solid. Yeah, I mean, it looks all right. I tried to get it to just look like the website. Close the shit so it looks good; we can fix it. Yeah, the template's done, dude, that's good. And then one thing I was wondering—I swear I had it. Okay, yeah, here's... I've got content for Abdullah to sort of review and make sure it looks good. Can you have a hard stop at 7? But no, I'm good, I'm good. So how long? Well, I mean, it's just like nothing important. I've got a hard stop at 7:30 then. About an hour. Okay, well I mean that should be plenty of time; I'm trying to get out before then too. I feel you. Yeah, and then we need to confirm Pakistan dates. Pretty decent about this; I'll send this over even though I'm worried it's gonna get caught up on certain details, but it's not the end of the world. We could obviously talk through it here. And like, we don't—I'm not going to force him to make contact, but like we got some suggestions. Yep, yeah, we'll see what we do. Get your ass over here; it's important, Zach, it's important. And we just been on... Well, I went all day without a nicotine patch yesterday, which was good. Yeah? Yeah, and I had three Zins, 33 milligrams Zins. Yeah, now you're on the wave now. And today I was on the patch and I did two Zins. So we're working our way down. I was also not really on it in New York, but simultaneously I was hitting the vape. That was because people can sort of pretend like they're coming from like Bank of America or coming from Snapchat or something and you can get tricked. We'll send reminders for people that are signing up for the webinar about when it is, what the details are, where the link is, etc., and then we'll send them a reminder 24 hours before and then 15 minutes before. And the one thing I wasn't sure about was... man, where you at? What the fuck? Relax, relax. Here we go. Oh, he did it five minutes—15 minutes ago, Cam. I'm not saying that it was going to be quick. What the fuck was I looking for? I guess I'll just do some white charts right now. I hit a limit for the first time on Codex today. I was going so ham with it. How much you're paying for Codex? I'm like, I'm on the fence about... I'm sure you're screened real quick, I'm sure you're something here, but an audio... okay. No? But you know I got my meat back, I ain't cute. I don't know what to say, man. That value vibe the whole room look like belly more than like seven to ten minutes. All right, perfect. When you want to do that, beginning of next week it'll be ready. So, do you have any—what does your Tuesday look like? I'm open; it's supposed to be in the calendar right now. And then I actually have to head to my next meeting as well, so let's see. Tuesday of next week, what time do I do that? So it's the 5th? The 5th. Yeah. What time do you want to do that? What about 11 a.m.? 11 a.m. All right, perfect. Let's do it. Okay. Sounds good, and then I will see you then. Awesome, yes, send me the calendar invite. I'll accept it and we'll take it from there. Perfect, thank you. Yep, we'll talk soon, thank you. Bye-bye. What's up guys? They gotta make money, fucking and rise, everyone. All right, we got a lot to go over with Allah, so we need you to share screen. Share my screen. I got you. Let's share his screen. Listen, when are you leaving to Pakistan, dude? Is it May 15th? I think this is a Tuesday, dude. Yeah, I'm leaving Tuesday. OK, so we're not doing a fucking webinar Tuesday, right? I just don't know. Everything's geared towards Tuesday right now. Do we want to do it Monday and do we want to push, push, push, push, push? Like, I'm going to wrap—like, I'm gone for three weeks. I'm going to Pakistan; I'm going on a little honeymoon for Malaysia, Bali. I'm out. So are we only doing one webinar for the next five weeks, basically? Yeah, we are, bro. We're doing one webinar. And yeah, and then once I'm back, then I'm fucking doing it every week. Okay, so every time I'm back, bro, the lead generation companies should be set up, right? I need your IDs and picture, your full name—that's one thing I forgot to ask you guys. And I need the pro in your address so that way I could do that too. Once you send me your ID, it is going to be there, so your LLC is going to be done, LLC's done, bank account is going to be done. I have the NDAs and operating agreements. Brooke, send me your email; I'm going to send that over to you. I texted it to you. Huh? I texted it to you. You texted it? Yeah. Ah, fuck. Apple ID shows now. I need to set my fucking laptop. I got no storage in this bitch to where it's like my Apple ID won't even work. Listen, man, I've been trying to come over. You just... today, bro. You want to come over on a Saturday? Friday, I got—bro, the weekend, I don't work on the weekend. I know, but that's the only times that I have where I can come over for a few hours and just chill; otherwise, I work the next day and I gotta be worried about getting home. And then Saturday, I can also get a ride, right? Jack told me he'll drive me on Saturday. Bro, it's like a fucking 30 minutes away from you, bro. Bro, it's 45 to 50, man. I swear. That shit is... Do it, do it, do it. Can you send it to a messenger? Yeah, check, I'll whatever, yeah, come tonight, bro. All right, Zach, I'm just gonna share my screen, how about that? Yeah, that's fine. Come tonight. I can tonight, but I'm down 100% Saturday at 6, though. 100%. Oh, Saturday? I have an event. What time? I'm watching shit. Look. All right, Sunday. Look, Saturday I got class for Rakim. I'm fucking hosting an event at 11 o'clock A.M.? Yeah, 11 a.m. to fucking 4 p.m. And then after that, we're going to go to dinner and shit. I don't know how long it's going to take, bro. What about Sunday? Sunday, bro... the thing is, I gotta go shopping. That's the only day I go shopping. You go shopping in Pakistan, bro? What are you worried about? Nah, I need some fits, bro. Just come Saturday, bro. Fuck it, bro. Just lock it in, bro. What time? Saturday, 6 o'clock? I'm telling you, I can be there at 6 o'clock. I'm at 6, bro. Fuck it. I'll be there at 6, bro. You can just leave the garage open. Me and Jack, and just leave your laptop in the garage and then get the garage open for sure. Two chairs, we'll be smoking up joints and that's it, that's it, and watch the Limbo one going sweet. Okay, so yeah, we're just gonna run through the list. You know, everything we're gonna talk about, there should be no surprise here. Just as a high-level update on what's been done: we set up WebinarJam, we've got your training webpage and the registration form set up. Google Analytics is tracking, Meta Data Set is tracking, and yeah, everything should now be going to... The WebinarJam stuff? Yes. You guys don't have to set it up because those guys—remember I told you those guys are running it? Those guys are gonna help me out and shit. Yeah, I was talking to Zach. Zach's like, "Hey, bro, I can help you with the one time, and then you've got to figure someone out because I've got to work on this PPL company." Which I 100% agree that... I know you guys are just doing me a gesture, doing me a favor and shit. So I was like, "You know what? I want you guys to focus on money-producing activities. I want you to focus on things that's actually going to make us money." I could figure this out myself—WebinarJam and this and all that little stuff. So I hired the team, bro. I just paid him a thousand bucks and I said, "Bro, let's just get this going." So they're coming to my office tomorrow. Actually, they're setting up WebinarJam; they're doing everything. I told them, "Fuck it, bro. Take the 10%. I don't give a fuck. Just get this shit done." That's it. You know what I'm saying? So yeah, I'm dealing with those guys so we could skip the WebinarJam and stuff like that. Just give me the presentation and I'll have them do everything else. Okay, that way it saves you guys time. Do the review and then you PPL, that's it, bro. We're throwing some projects at you guys that... I'll style reverence another day. I'm like, "Bro, these guys are gonna go crazy, they don't even know what they're doing." They're like, "Yo, what do we do?" Like, we got this, this, this. You're going crazy if I just say, "Bro, this is the only thing we got to focus on: PPL, that's it. Revio." We said Revio one time, that's it. So we'll show you right now too in this episode. We got WebinarJam, wherever you go, and ManyChat. What else? Well, I mean, that's about it other than the PPL stuff. You already got the LLC, NDA, operating agreements in the works. That's it, bro. These are all the things. That's it, bro. Let's just knock this shit out. That's it, bro. That way, we just focus on PPL, and I know what the fuck to sell, and I can run this shit up to quarter mil for us, bro, and fucking cash up. Yes sir. Okay, sweet. That sounds like a plan. Well then, yeah, we laid the foundation for your webinar guys to go in and kill it. We can obviously help with the handoff and give them anything that they need. Your website's live; got all the tracking as I mentioned. We got a dedicated form too so you can let them—well, bro, they sent this along, they said that this is not the correct way of doing it. You're building on WebinarJam. WebinarJam's a CRM that basically holds all your data and also WebinarJam is going to send them a fucking link to that Zoom shit and this and that. Yeah, so I know that, and I am currently on the WebinarJam free trial, which is why I didn't set it up. But I mean, they might not be familiar, but you can essentially have it go from your website and insert directly into WebinarJam. But if they don't want to go that route, that's fine. I'm not sure. Yeah, I mean, I've got it open right here for us to look at. Like, this is what they were suggesting we do, and I just chose "user own design" here, but like, they got all these templates here which are exactly the same shit. Yeah, so I mean I'm happy to do whatever they want to do. You can just let them know that we're at their disposal and like we can help them with that, whatever, but you know, like we don't need to use this account. They'll obviously set it up. So we'll just make sure that we're available to help them get whatever they need. So yeah, with that I'll move on here. Revio custom prompts—and I've got that open here. But basically we're going to let it send messages to five people, which is not the max that it can do, but we're going to do five. And you're just—we don't want what happened last time to happen again, where you're like, "What the fuck is it doing? Why is it saying that?" I know when you send 20 messages, one person replies. Well, yeah, and part of that was like, the messages weren't in your voice, which we fixed, hopefully. Yeah, you guys fix it, bro. Run fucking whatever you can. Five is not going to do shit. Yeah, no, I mean I definitely agree. So we can do the maximum number then. If I believe it's—uh, 30 for now? I mean let me double check. I think it's 70 for your account given you've got 70k. So we'll set it at whatever the maximum is. Maximum or whatever. Like, don't do maximum. Just do, like, mid-tier or whatever it is, you know? Okay, mid-tier would be about 35. Or it's saying a 40 basically. Okay, so cool, we'll get that running and it should be off tomorrow. 35, okay cool. Let's do that, 35, and let's save. Can you see that right here? Maximum daily messages. Oh yeah, that's just like, there's a maximum that they're allowed to send due to the number of followers you have, and then this is like the mid-tier, like you said. This is given how much we're allowed to send; this is what we'll do on a daily basis and we can bump it. We can bump it. And then here, I'm going to—I need to add your new messages here really quick. And then there's a chance I might need to re-authenticate. So we're gonna do that right here while you're on the call. All right, so are you planning on getting into real estate? Real estate, are you planning on the real estate? Yeah, what you know about wholesaling? Looking for off-market deals? Yep. What was that last one you said? Are you looking for off-market deals? Any others that come to mind? I've got: "What's up? Are you thinking about getting into real estate to make capital with real estate, looking to make money?" "Are you thinking about getting started in the real estate, looking at more deals?" Dilla, by the way, also... "Are you currently doing deals? Are you looking to do more deals or are you currently doing deals?" One of those. You know, looking to—are you already working on deals? Okay cool, so that's five and that's what they recommend, so that should be good. What were you saying? I was just gonna say, Marco Zuckerberg... where he's up, bro. I know when do you—it's on Saturday. When do you get back from all your stuff? Are you going to be there at 4 PM? Okay, sounds good. Yeah, we'll get all that stuff set up on your computer setup, and then if you get all this figured out today. Did he get the fucking Mackie? I can get that whenever, I just want to make sure I do it. Drop that bitch, bro. I'm just scared that it is closed or fucked. Personally, I got you. Grab it Friday. Go and grab it. Let me know what it is; I'll tell you too, so that way you have that money too. Oh my god, you paid for it like fucking two weeks ago and shit. Okay, so Revio's set up, so it should go live tomorrow. Yeah, nothing stopping that. We'll get the—and let me double check, I'm pretty sure I'm signed into ManyChat, but I should be able to set up that training one here. I'm positive we did a ManyChat login at some point—not this call, last call, but the call before. We did, yeah. Maybe I'm logged in on a different one. You gave me access to the admin chem. Okay, so and that was with the CTO? Yes. Okay, let's see here. It's got to be... ManyChat.com. Maybe it might be an email in your email somewhere that's talking about this. Yeah, that's a good idea. Let's see. Fucking A. And then we'll go over the—what we've got here for—here we go, that's what we're looking for: ManyChat, The Law House. How's the color going? It was good, bro. It was good. It was going good. Getting more clients signed on? I think we're at... We're still low, bro. Let me see where we're at. How's the trimming of the last few months? It's good, man. It's good. No complaints. People have just been doing their thing. We are at 85. It's not as profitable because I'm telling the lead for 40, you know, 40 leads basically. So it's like if we sell for a buck 50 to 200, to 300, to 400 per lead, it's easier to get to 400. It's easier to get to fucking 250 a month because it's the same amount of leads that we're having or pushing it there. Do you mind checking your authenticator for your six-digit login code? So is this for Instagram or Minichat? For Instagram. 31? Save and brochure. Man, this weather, bro, is awesome. Nice level. Oh yeah. So where are you going? Just Pakistan? Where else are you going? One in Pakistan, and then one in Malaysia. Then I'm going to Maldives, god damn! And then Thailand—it's all right there. So Asia, I know about some places. Yeah, so you got Malaysia right here. On top of that, you got Thailand. And inside Thailand, you got Bali. So it's like everything's right there. It's like fucking boats away; you just take boats and shit. You know, so it's like all right there: Maldives right there, so then I'm gonna be in that sector, and then Pakistan's right there too. Okay, I love the rain. Is it nice there? It's been raining and fucking makes you want to work inside. 23, 23, 14, 14. Thank you. Thank you. So I'm going to be there for like 10 days in that specific part of Asia. And then I'm going to be in Pakistan for like two weeks, and I'll be back. Awesome. Yeah, it's pretty well. I was going to be in camera and talk about it. Hopefully when you're back, you're just locked and loaded. Abdul will be back by then too around that time, and we should be in a good spot to get shit fucking ramped up, dude. And I told him, man, I told him, you know, he's gonna be 100 when he gets back. Right now the thing is, bro, I need a vacation too because I'm like burnt out too, you know? So once I come back, it's like I'm about to go crazy, bro. Yeah, I hope so, man. That's what being Cami is to do, bro. We're in that part. Summertime is the best time for the real estate shit, bro, you know? Go on to what we've got to show you. So here's just like some high-level stuff that we put together for like the webinar, and we can send this over to you and you can provide notes and we can make any updates that you feel fit. What do you think about this? Do you want us to do this, or do you want the other guy to make this project for you? He was saying that that's what he wants us to do. Yeah, I just want the buggy hand. How's it look so far? All right, like with the elite flipper style on. So let's say, is this a webinar? The webinar is styled like the website, but it's supposed to be the presentation for the webinar. We shared it to you; you've got everything you need and we can work hand in hand with the webinar guys if you want to put us in a group chat with them while they're sorting this stuff out. Obviously, you can put my number in there and I can do what we've been doing on the PPL front. Currently, we've got comparables running. Yeah, look at this real quick. I know you're busy for one second, K. I don't know if you can see him, but his life is on his phone. I know. I do see. I know the presentations aren't very exciting. Smiling, bro—his bitch for sure texted him. Which one? The one in Pakistan right now, actually. Okay, okay. Yeah, I went to Dubai, too. I heard. I believe I went to Dubai? No, no, I'm talking about you. Um, yeah, so we're currently—we just added the feature that does the comparable analysis. It actually calls an AI, performs some web searches online, and finds a similar... like a dialer in there too. You know, or they could just click call. Oh yeah, we totally can. So what we've done down here is we've made it so that you can bid on similar properties if there are any in the system. If you put a dialer in that bitch, bro, it's a fucking wrap. Yeah, well, we can't let them dial until... So do you think the comparable should be run only on leads that you bought, or should you run it on the leads that you're interested in and bought both? Both. Okay. You know why, bro? You know why? Why we're not gonna do anything but like when someone's looking up a lead, it basically means they have a deal. So we could fucking see all the fucking shit—all the searches and skip trace all the fucking shit and go after them. And they fucking double the fucking triple the money. Cause I got... I got to go. Center, I can be like, "All right, but we got 10,000 searches this month." Copy the address, dump it to me, skip trace, have my callers call, get the warm lead, have my callers—and we could make fucking even more money. Yeah, dude, I mean once we sell those leads fucking on... everybody has the same leads; it's like for us, we're utilizing hot leads. Okay, cool. This hot lead, you better close this up. But for now, our team's gonna go and kill this, and I can only imagine the number of ways we'll be able to make money on these leads, dude. I mean, the other thing I was thinking, bro—I have the whole fucking call center, all the leads, right? And people pay for the leads. I could give all those leads and we could dump it into this shit. Oh, totally. And as long as we set the minimum price, you could say like, "No matter what on AK callers, you're getting this many dollars for your lead." And we can set that at the minimum bid for those leads, so you're at least making what you make with AK callers, and then people can bid it even higher from that. So there's some really fascinating ways that we can squeeze every last fucking dime out of people that are trying to buy these leads in a way that doesn't make it feel like, "Oh, someone's stealing it from me." It's like, "Oh, I'm competing with other people to get these leads." And it's not like we're the ones doing the flip policing. But we can also do some crazy stuff like create artificial bids and buy the leads back and resell them. Inflate prices like programmatically. 100%. We're in the lead business, bro. Nothing is exclusive out here, right? We're in the lead business and I'm telling you we could hit a half a million dollars a month like easy. Oh, I bet. I bet. I mean, if this shit goes international, dude, I think those are small numbers. So I'm excited. How much are all those guys doing? IceP to Lead? A million a month? What was that? I have no idea. I think they're doing probably a little bit less, but I don't think they have—I'm the one that fucking told Cammy to do it. For me, it doesn't make sense to do PPL because people are buying one, two, three leads. The thing is, I told Bill, I'm like, "Hey bro, we need to have a platform, this and that." And I'm just like, "Bro, we'd rather build AK." And, you know, on the PPL side, we had like okay: 10 leads, 20 leads, 30 leads, 40 leads. A 40-lead full-line package, right? 20 leads for fucking... Here, let me show you. I have it written down and I can show you the date. This is just like, I found this to be a better thread than using cold callers. That's all. The thing is, you need cold callers for the leads anyways, yeah, to gather them and cultivate them. There's some companies, though, that do the SEO for targeting distressed buyers or sellers online, which I think we're going to do a combination of both. Right? Like, I think we're going to want to get AK cold callers' leads. I think we're going to want to get... Abdulrahman said he's going to pay for all this shit, bro. So Cam, we have an open budget to run this SEO shit. What? I mean, yeah, I think that the SEO is going to be a really great way to seed the system with leads because, you know, as long as someone needs to sell their house, we got them right where we want them. Look at this, bro. February 26th, 2020. See the date? Oh God. Yeah, look what it says highlighted: PPL packages right here. You see that highlight? We could sell it for $50 a lead. I was like, "Oh, you didn't tell us that." I wish you would have told me that. The thing is, for me, we didn't have the platform, you know? And I didn't know I could make a platform like this. Now we have this problem. I've been thinking about PPL for a while, but I was like, "Bro, I don't have the infrastructure for this." So I just had to focus on PPL because of Abdulrahman's podcast. Oh my god, bro, I sell to the PPL companies. Don't you have a podcast like tomorrow? Well no, dude, that was a week ago. No, I already did it. So look, I sell to the PPL companies. You know how much I sold IceP to Lead? How much I sold them? Eight hundred thousand dollars worth of leads. Wow! I can show you right now. I believe you. I'm like, "Bro, how do we become the PPL fucking company?" And the thing is, I'm selling it to them for $35 a lead, and guess what they're doing? They're turning around selling it for $100, $150 a lead. You know? And imagine making—and not only are we going to be selling our own leads that we gather ourselves, but we're going to allow other people to sell their own leads on the same platform and make a cut on every single lead that's sold. And then you can structure your classes, your masterclass, your webinar showing people how to use the platform and how to turn it into... like, wrong ads I'm gonna be making, bro. And the content I'm gonna be making, I'm like, "Yo guys, this is how simple it can be to be a real estate investor in today's day and age. All you do is download this app—whatever the app is called—download the app, make a login, buy some fucking credits, buy a fucking lead, copy the address, put the address in there, it tells me all the fucking comparables using fucking AI, call the fucking person..." And I'm gonna do a live call. "Hello? Hey, I heard you want to sell your house, dude." That's genie! That's fucking genie! That's gonna be your money, dude. That's money right there, bro. My content is gonna go like this every fucking day and I'm moving in front of a Lambo. I'm gonna give you a dollar for the Lambo, that's it. Big leads, big leads, brother. That's it. And yeah, man, we really want to fucking get this in your hands and get this in the hands of Abdulrahman and, you know, maybe even start with a little test subject with just the students of yours right now, right? We can even launch this. The test subject is me, bro. Yeah, you get it. I'm gonna make my own login as if I was a consumer. I'm gonna buy some leads—you guys put the leads in—and I'm gonna act like I'm buying those leads. I'm gonna buy one lead, update it, and I'm gonna record myself doing it. I'm like, "All right, bro. Call, cool offer, put in the pipeline, drip my pipeline up," you know? And I'll be having the first account and that's it. I'll be fucking utilizing it; you'll be seeing. I got to be the number one spender. Say less. Oh, I like that idea of a leaderboard where people are buying—like, who is the number one spender, bro? Spending fucking X amount of hundreds of... bro, that could go crazy. Yeah. Who's spending the most amount of money? Like, "This nigga spending $300,000." I was telling Cam I really like the idea of making it like—making the bids anonymous, right? So obviously in the bidding system, you can see everyone else's name who's bidding on that property. But if you want your bid to be anonymous—you don't want to put your name out there—you pay an account 10 bucks to not be named. Look, this was going to happen. I might be bidding against fucking FaZe, or I might be bidding against AJ in my fucking community and he might call me, "Yo bro, let me get this lead, bro." You know? It's supposed to be anonymous. AJ and Faye are going at this, and then you're like, "Bro, because you know part of my community..." Like, yo, what the... Let me get this lead, bro. I'm 50/50 with you, I bet. Now it's gonna fucking hurt our pockets because rather than the bid going to 300-400, they fucking stopped it at 200 and they fucking fucked our deal. Exactly. Alright, so I mean... by the domain, um, on Instagram: "Closers." Closer at closers? Yeah. So I'm trying—I'm trying to make a deal with this guy. Oh, you're trying to buy it right now? I mean, that would be sick. What's he charging for it, though? I haven't spoke to him; I got his number right now here. Let me... I'm gonna take a look at what domains—my god, let's look at some domains. Everything looks good. I think you guys were the presentation, but other than that... Yeah, we'll send over the copy of the presentation and we can make modifications. It's already set. Just send me over the presentation so that way I have that, and then they know if they need any help in setting a WebinarJam, any questions about the site we made, anything like that, let us know. I got you, bro. I'm actually meeting them tomorrow, so I might give you a call, Zach. Yeah, yeah, let us know. We'll be available to help solve any of those issues hopefully as they come up. What time do you call a bit long? They are coming to my office at 3 p.m. tomorrow. Awesome. And then listen, for Jack, right? So where does Jack fit in? Is he working with the WebinarJam guys? Does he need your closers, right? Still, yeah. All right, so how can we set these guys up with Jack and in WebinarJam essentially? Like, how is that bridge going to be made, and what do I need to do to be involved to get Jack working with these guys in order to be selling for WebinarJam so me and Cam can get that 5%? Let me see. Jack's ready, man. He wants to get to work; he just needs to know what the fuck to do. All right, let me see. Let's see. Let me give you a call tomorrow. Hey, I know they have closers too. I think they offered you closers, but yeah, they said they're gonna take five percent for closers. I'm sure that's fine. Like you said, I'm not saying not to do the closers, bro, but I'm saying also like, do one less closer to include Jackson in there. Yeah, we should—we should put Jack in there. Jack's good; he's a hustler. I want my team... he's fucking... yeah. So for him in there, we'll do the fucking webinar show with him. You can do the closers from there and just let me know; I can help out with the sales aspect as well too, honestly. Put me down as a closer too, bro. Me and Jack both, dude. Just put me down as an alias name, dude. Honestly, that's the best thing you could do instead of Zach Abasi, bro. I mean, me and Cam—no, I made an alias name when we sold Wealth Extract; it's called Zane Khan. So if you want to put me on, I'm going to put my name down as Zane Khan, bro, as a closer. Go ahead. Where is Elite Flipper's domain? What? I mean, it's here where I'm looking right now. **System Audio:** Yo, yo. Let me play around with a little bit; I can show Tim tomorrow or something. But I just—okay, I know you guys. What's up man? What's up, Mr. Goodfather? Not too much, bro. I got one more five minutes left on this call, and then I'm going to continue on. My bad, bro. This was the last day to turn this in. If I don't turn this in, the team's going to beat my ass. All right, Kim. Yeah, yeah. We did. No, he's playing. Thank you. Good call. And, yep, let me take a look at the rest. Webinar configuration settings, add plans, slides, slide decks—wow, looks good. Big lead, yeah, yeah. That's good. Yeah, I thought that I was reading it there earlier and it looks solid. Those are the shirts that we can look at; we can pick. Yeah, the template's done, dude, that's good. Can you give a hard time to 7? For how long? I've got a hard stop at 7:30 then. It's about an hour. I'm trying to get off before then too. To this thing, you know, 36. Yep. Get your ass over here, boy. I like to see it. And we just been on. Yeah, now you're on the wave now. I think two or three zones is solid. Makes sense to me. Abdullah, man, where you at? What the fuck? Oh, he was here 15 minutes ago, Kim. I'll just do some white charts work now. Thank you. How much you're paying for Codex? I'm sure you're gonna share something; you're gonna love this. No. And he asking for a picture. This letter, though, is type of a symptom. This letter, though, is the type that I've been through. Counting your beds up in the palace, big nana chalice, head crushin' a mallet, head crushin' a dead body. How I found it, lips blue, dead body how I drowned it, blue nuh. I love love, fuck it, whatever you got. I love love, fuck it, whatever you got. I love, fuck it, whatever you got. I'm just walking all these doors. I'm just walking all these doors. Oh, I make money on the socks. I don't know what to say man, you got that value vibe. The whole room looked like belly. You do that process, but it typically takes no more than like seven to ten minutes. When do you want to do that? Beginning of next week, it'll be ready. So do you have any—what does your Tuesday look like? I'm open. It's supposed to be in the calendar right now. And then I actually have to head to my next meeting as well. So let's see, Tuesday of next week, what time do you want to do that? So it's the 5th? The 5th. Yeah. What time do you want to do that? All right, perfect. Let's do it. Okay, sounds good. I'll send that over to you and then I will see you then. Awesome. Yes, emulate calendar invite; I'll accept it and we'll take it from there. Perfect, thank you. Yep, we'll talk soon. Thank you, thanks, bye-bye. What's up guys? Money on the side, I make money when I do a homicide. All right, I'm sorry—money on the spot, I make money and rise. Let's make a screen. Alright. We got a lot to go over, Abdullah. So we need you to share your screen. Share my screen. I got you, and then open the link. Listen, when are you leaving to Pakistan, dude? May 5th is a Tuesday, dude. Yeah, I'm leaving Tuesday. Okay, so we're not doing a fucking webinar Tuesday, right? I just don't know what it is, right? Everything's geared towards Tuesday right now. You push—can you just put your flight to wrap like "I'm gone for three weeks"? I'm going Pakistan, going on a little honeymoon from Malaysia, Bali. I'm going, I'm out. So listen, are we only doing one webinar for like the next five weeks basically? Yeah, we are. We're doing one webinar and yeah, and then once I'm back, then I'm fucking doing every week. Okay. So the lead generation companies should be set up, right? I need your IDs and picture, your full name. That's one thing I forgot to ask you guys. And I need to put in your address so that way I could do that too. When you send me your ID, it is going to be there. Huh? What did you send? Have you texted it? Yeah. Ah, fuck. Apple ID shit's not working for some reason. I need to set my laptop; I got no storage in this to where it's like my Apple ID won't even work. Listen man, I've been trying to come over. You just come over today, bro. Okay. Bro, you wanna come over on a Saturday, Friday? I got—bro, the weekend, I don't work on the weekend. I know, but that's the only times that I have where I can come over for a few hours and just fucking chill. I work the next day, I gotta be worried about getting home. And then Saturday I can also get a ride; Jack told me he'll drive me on Saturday, bro. It's like 40 minutes away from you, bro. Bro, it's 45 to 50, man. I swear. That shit is so bad. Hey, can you send it to a message in the chat? Yeah, come tonight, man. Bro, knock it out. Yeah, that's fine. Come tonight. I can't, but I'm down 100% Saturday at six though. 100%. Oh, Saturday? I have an event. What time? I'm just watching shit. Look. All right. Sunday. Look, Saturday I got class with Rakim. I'm fucking hosting an event at 11 o'clock A.M.? Yeah, 11 a.m. to fucking... go shopping in Pakistan, bro, what are you worried about? Nah, I need some fits, bro. Um, just come Saturday, bro. Just lock it in. What time? Saturday, 6 o'clock? I'm telling you, I can be there at 6 o'clock. I'm at 6, bro, fuck it. I'll be there at 6, bro. You can just leave the garage open. Me and Jack can just leave your laptop in the garage and leave the garage open. Open for sure, bro, for sure. Two chairs, we smoking up joints and that's it, that's it, and watch the Lambo. We're gonna watch the Lambo, smoke joints. Okay, thank you. And stuff—you guys don't have to set it up because those guys, remember I told you, those guys are running it. Those guys are gonna help me out and shit. I was talking to Zach; Zach's like, "Hey bro, I can help you with the one time," and then you got to figure someone out because I got to work on this PPL company, which I 100 percent agree should be the main focus. This is—I know you guys are just doing me a gesture, doing me a favor and shit. So I was like, "You know what?" I want you guys to focus on money-producing activities. I want you to focus on things that are actually going to make us money, right? I could figure this shit out myself. WebinarJam and all that little stuff—so I hired those team bros. I just paid them a thousand bucks and I said, "Brothers, just get this going." So they're coming to my office tomorrow; actually, they're setting up WebinarJam. I've been doing everything I told him, okay? "Bro, take the ten, I don't give a fuck, just get this done." That's it. You know what I'm saying? So yeah, I'm with those guys so we can skip the WebinarJam and stuff like that. Just give me the presentation, and I'll have him do everything else. That way it saves you guys' time. Let's just fucking do the review, and then you PPL. That's it, bro. Because think of it: we're throwing some new projects at you guys that—I'll start reminiscing. The other day I'm like, "Bro, these guys are gonna go crazy. They don't even know what they're doing because they're like, 'Yo, what do we do? We got this, this, this...'" You're going crazy. If I just say, "Bro, this is the only thing we gotta focus on: PPL. That's it." Revio—we said Revio one time, that's it. We don't have to be in touch with Revio ever again. And ManyChat and shit, I got another guy that's helping me with ManyChat. I hope you got like nice pictures of me and whatnot; make it rough, we'll show you right now too in this webinar. What else? That's it. That's it, bro. These are all the things. Let's just knock this shit out. That way we just focus on PPL, I know what the fuck to sell, and I can run this shit up on the fucking cash out, bro. Oh, bro, they sent this to them. They said that this is not the correct way of doing it; you're supposed to build on a WebinarJam. WebinarJam is a CRM that basically holds all your data, and also WebinarJam is going to send them a link to that Zoom and this and that. WebinarJam has some bland templates—that's all it is. We could do a better job. Exactly. It's the same shit. Yeah, seriously. Gonna start with five men. I'm gonna make sure we get—I think it's nothing, bro, when you send 20 messages one person replies. Yeah, you guys fix it, bro. One fucking whatever you can. Five is not gonna do shit. What's the maximum number? Don't do maximum, just do like mid-tier or whatever it is, you know? 35 is good. Okay, maximum daily messages. Are you looking for off-market deals? Are you looking to make capital with real estate? Are you looking to make money in real estate? More deals, by the way—also deals. Are you looking to do more deals or are you currently doing deals? Like working on deals? What's up, what were you saying? I was just gonna say—Mark Zuckerberg, where are you at, bro? I was gonna say, when do you—it's on Saturday. Do you get back from all your stuff then? Are you going to be at 4 p.m.? Okay, sounds good. Yeah, we'll get all that stuff set up then, your computer setup, and then if you get all this figured out today. Did he get the fucking Mackie? I can get that whenever; I just want to make sure I do it. Get that bitch, bro. I'm just scared that you're in his clothes. Or I got you, grab it Friday. Go and grab it, let me know what it is, I'll tell you too so that way you have that money too. I got you; you paid for like two weeks ago and so... We did, yeah. He gave you access to admin, Kim? Yes. Maybe it might be an email in your email somewhere that's talking about this. Hello, Zeke. Abdullah, how's AK Colors going? It was good, bro. It's going good, getting more clients signed on. I think we're at... We're still low, bro. Let me see where we're at. How's the trimming of—because I'm telling the lead for 40, you know, 40 leads basically? It's crazy. So it's like if we sell for a buck fifty to 200, to 300, to 400 an hour a lead, it's easier to get to $400. You know, it's easier to get to fucking $250 a month because it's the same amount of leads that we're having or pushing it there. Yep, yeah. So is this for Instagram or ManyChat? 31, 23, 14. Thank you. Man, this weather, bro, is awesome. A nice level; I love the rain. It's been raining and fucking makes you want to work inside. Oh yeah. So where are you going? Just Pakistan? Where else are you going? I'm going to Pakistan, then I'm going to Malaysia, then I'm going to Maldives, and then Thailand because all right there in Asia. Some places, yeah. You got Malaysia right here on top, then you got Thailand, and inside Thailand you got Bali, so it's like everything's right there. It's like boats away; you just take boats and you know, so it's like all right there. Maldives is right there, so then I want to be in that sector, and then Pakistan's right there too, you know? So I'm gonna be there for like 10 days in that specific part of Asia, and then I'm going to be in Pakistan for like two weeks, and I'll be back. Awesome. Yeah, it's really well. Yeah, I was going to be—and Cameron talk about it. Hopefully when you're back, Jada's just locked and loaded. And you, me, hopefully Abdul. Abdul's back by then too around that time. And we'll see you next time. We should be in a good spot to get shit fucking ramped up, dude. And I told him, man, I told him, you know, he's going to be 100% when he gets back. I need a vacation, too, because I'm, like, burnt out, too. You know, so it's like once I come back, I'm about to—you know, I'm gonna go crazy, bro. I hope so, man. That's what being Cammy is to do, bro. We're in that summertime; it is the best time for the real estate shit, bro, you know? So we can go crazy. Yeah. Hello, what do you think about this? Do you want us to do this or do you want... The other guy should make this project for you because this is what will be me. I just want to love you now, I'll just look so far. So, is this a webinar or what is this? We've already closed. I know you're busy for one second. I don't know if you can see him, but his left is on his phone. Like, I'm smiling, bro. His bitch for sure texted him. The one in Pakistan right now, actually. Yeah, one in Dubai too, I heard. I believe on the way. No, no, no. I'm talking about you, bro. Thank you. Dialer in there too, you know? So where they could just click call—fuck, if you put a dialer in that bitch, bro, it's a fucking rap. Both, you know why, bro? We're not going to do anything, but like, when someone's looking up a lead, it basically means they have a deal. So we could fucking see all the fucking shit, all the results, searches and skip trace all the fucking shit and go after them. They fucking double the fucking triple the money. Cause I got a call center. I could be like, "I got 10,000 searches this month." Copy the address, dump it to me, skip trace, have my callers call, get the warm lead, have my callers close, and we could make even more money—or not even anymore—or sell those leads on the platform. At the end of the day, everybody has the same leads. It's like for us, it's like we're utilizing high-tech leads. Okay, cool, this hot lead, you better close this up, but for now our team's gonna go and kill this. The other thing I was thinking, bro, I have the whole fucking call center, all the leads, right? And people pay for the leads. I could give all those leads and we could dump it into this shit. 100% bro, we're in the lead business, bro. Nothing is exclusive out here, right? We're in the lead business. And I'm telling you, we could hit a half a million dollars a month, like easy. Easy million. How much are all these guys doing? ISP to lead, million a month? I have no idea. I think they're doing probably a little bit less to do PPL because people that were buying one, two, three leads... The thing is, I told Bill, "Hey bro, we need to have a platform, this and that." And I'm just like, bro, we rather build it. And you know, the PPL side, we had like, okay, 10 leads, 20 leads, 30 leads, 40 leads—a 40 lead full line package, right? 20 leads for fucking... and let me show you. I have it written down and I can show you the date. It's just like, I found this to be a better strategy than using cold callers. That's all. You need cold callers for the leads anyways; there's some companies though that don't use cold calls. Yep. I'm going to SCL lead. Hey dude, Abdul, Abdul Hamansah, he's gonna pay for all this shit, bro. So, Cam, we have an open budget to run this SEO shit. Abdul Hamansah, whatever we need. Yep, look at this bro, February 26th, 2020. You see the date? Look what it says. It's highlighted: PPL. Right here. Packages. You see it highlighted. Packages. Use packages. PPL on packages, $160 to $35 a lead. We can sell it for $50 a lead. I wish you would have told me that. The thing is, for me, we didn't have the platform. I didn't know you guys would make a platform like this. You know what I mean? I've been thinking about PPL for a while, but I was like, "Bro, I don't have the infrastructure for this, so I just gotta focus on what I'm good at." I found out PPL because of Abdurahman's fucking podcast. Oh my God, bro. I sell to PPL companies. Don't you have a podcast like tomorrow or today? No, I already did it. So look, I sell to PPL companies. How much I sold the ISP to lead—I sold them eight hundred thousand dollars worth of leads, I can show you right now. So I sold people... I'm like, bro, how do we become the PPL fucking company? And the thing is, I'm selling it to them for $35 a lead. And guess what they're doing? They're turning it around. They're selling it for $100, $150 a lead. So, yeah, maybe. Oh, bro, the ads I'm going to be making, bro, and the fucking content I'm going to be making—I'm like, "Yo guys, this is how simple it is to be a real estate investor in today's day." Download this app, whatever the app's called, download the app, make a login, buy some credits, buy a fucking lead, copy the address, put the address in there, tells me all the fucking comparables using fucking AI, call the fucking person... and I'm gonna do a live call. "Hello? Your house, dude!" That's genius, dude! That's fucking genius. That's gonna be all your money, dude. That's money right there, bro. My content's gonna go like this every day and I'm gonna be in fucking real in front of a Lambo. I mean, you want to see? Y'all, for example, that's it. Eyeballs, live balls, fucking that's it. And then we were running ads—dumb money on ads, that's it, bro. I'm crazy with this. Get this in your hands and get this in the hands of Abdurahman and you know, maybe even start with like a little test subject with just the students of yours right now, right? We can even launch this, bro. You tell me the test subject is me, bro. I'm gonna make my own login as if I was a consumer. I'm gonna buy some leads, you know, whatever. I'll give you guys leads—you didn't [have] the leads—and I'm gonna act like I'm buying those leads. I'm gonna buy one lead, update it, I'm gonna record myself doing it. I'm like, "All right bro, call, cool offer, put in the pipeline, drip my pipeline up, you know?" And I'll be having the first account and that's the account I'll be fucking utilizing for, you know, you'll be seeing. I mean, I gotta be number one spender in that con too, bro. Yeah, number one spender, bro. You don't see up the look of far spending fucking... the next month, a hundred, bro, that could go crazy. Like, bro, who's spending the most money? Like this nigga spending 300,000. I was telling Cam, I really liked the idea of making it like making the bids anonymous, right? The bidding system—making everyone... you know, you can see everyone else's name who's bidding on that property. But if you want your bid to be anonymous—you don't want to put your name out there—you're paying extra attention, like 10 bucks for the company name. And the thing is, look, this was going to happen. I might be bidding against fucking Faze or I might be bidding against AJ in my fucking community. And like, he might call me, "Yo bro, let me get this lead, bro." You know, it's supposed to not be me; AJ and Faze are fucking going at this shit. And then you'd be like, "Bro, cause you know, part of my community and shit, but yo, what the fuck bro? Let me get this fucking lead bro, I'll do 50/50 with you." Now it's gonna fucking hurt our pockets because rather than the bid going up $300 or $400, they fucking stopped it at $200 and they fucking fucked our deal up. Exactly, dude. Exactly. Putting a name could kind of hurt us. Even putting a company name could hurt us. Should I buy it? I haven't spoke to him; I got his number right now. So let's look at some domains too. Everything looks good, I think. Where are you guys from the presentation? Other than that, let's look at some... presentation. So that way I have that. Give your guys me and Cam's number and let them know if they need any help in setting up WebinarJam, or any questions about the site we made, anything like that—let us know. I got you. I'm actually meeting them tomorrow, so I might give you a call, Zach, if that's okay tomorrow. Oh yeah, what time do you call Abdullah? They're coming to my office at 3 p.m. tomorrow. Awesome. And then listen, for Jack, right? So where does Jack fit in? Is he working with the WebinarJam guys? Does he need your clothing? Still, yeah, all right. So how can we set these guys up—Jack and in WebinarJam essentially? Like, how is that bridge going to be made? And what do I need to do to be involved to get Jack working with these guys in order to be selling for you on WebinarJam so me and Cam can get that 5%? Let me see. Jack's ready, man. He wants to get to work; he just needs to know what the fuck to do. All right, let me see. Let's see. Let me give you a call tomorrow. Yeah, I know they have closers too. I think they offered you closers, but they're gonna take 5% for closers. It's fine. Like you said, I'm not saying not to do the closers, bro, but I'm saying also like, do one less closer and include Jack in there. We should put Jack in there. That's good. He's a—I want my team. Yeah, so for him in there, we'll do the fucking webinar I share with him. You can use the closers from there and just let me know. I can help out with the sales aspect as well too. Honestly, put me down as a closer too, bro. Me and Jack both, dude. Just put me down as a fucking alias name, dude. Honestly, that's the best thing you could do. Instead of Zach Abassi, bro, me and Jack. No, I made an alias name when we sold Wealth Extract; it was called Zane Khan. If you want to put my name down as Zane Khan, bro, as a closer, go ahead. ### Discussing ActiveCampaign and login access **8:02 AM - 8:28 AM PDT** | *work* **Microphone:** Thank you. What's up? The login and all that... Do you need something from Lofty? I just don't know if I have the ability to start. I was talking to him because I wanted his login because I wanted the same thing that I'm doing in ActiveCampaign for capability. I'll send you an environment, but I mean, they do have this form thing—questionnaires. There's a question, I don't know. It's just all for this open house thing. Maybe we can create one. Like, it can be an open house form, but fuck me. What do you want to create? Like a custom website for it or something? Hmm. What? It just quit? Are you kidding? Hello? Stupid ass AI dude. I'm still checking. Okay, wait, but it says selecting forms or open house form. Okay, cool. Yeah, I don't think there's anything in Lofty unless it's... This is like where—yeah, what the fuck, dude? I did one of those. I did it, yeah. Yeah, that's what I've been saying. Well, no, I mean, so if you need to create something, and we don't have the proper tools, it's like, let's, you know, maybe we can dream something up. But I don't know. It's like, why dream something up? We have ActiveCampaign. Oh yeah, no, totally. I mean, I think we should use ActiveCampaign if we can convince Sabo to, but ActiveCampaign is like another CRM system; it's like an email marketing automation tool. Yeah, you go pew pew pew. It's just emails. Oh, yeah. I mean, honestly, I think there might be a slight misunderstanding about how to fully leverage Lofty, because we could just be upserting data into Lofty that he can then use, and it would be almost as if he solely uses Lofty. You know, like with ActiveCampaign, we could insert all that data into the leads records so that we're tracking the emails, updating their lead records as they click on them and things like that. He's telling me to create an open house form and create like an investor form, but I just click on it. Cam, how you been bro? I feel like I haven't talked to you in a while. Yeah, it's been a lot right now. I'm just like a little stressed, a lot of work, you know? I had a nice time in New York, so that was great. But, I feel you on that. Check Marketplace. God damn it. What about Market Bliss? I mean... It's probably not gonna be there. I'm sorry guys, I just got a really dumb text. What was the text? No, it's this: a friend of mine works on film productions and they were out in the wild, and he just had to take a fucking dump. It's so stupid, bro. He didn't explain anything; he just sent a picture. Let's just take a deep breath. Is there any way that... I'm just trying to think of a way that we can create this form from somewhere else. Yeah, I mean, I don't know. I do believe that there are ways to create this form. I believe that. I can create the form with ActiveCampaign and get all his emails, like all of the leads in there. I'm just thinking of a way that we could pass on that data from that platform into Lofty. Yeah, if... oh well, I might need access to the ActiveCampaign to do this, or where it depends on exactly how the form works. I'm not exactly sure how ActiveCampaign does it, but it would not be very difficult for us to say, like, "Okay, we've got this form data, it's submitted," and then ActiveCampaign emits a webhook and it hits our servers, and then our servers go and they add X data to this record. But that's the best I can do unless we think of something else. Yeah, I mean, and that's the sort of thing that I'm thinking—like a webhook or anything that we can use to sort of say "form submitted" and then do a data update or do this or do that. That's it. And Lofty has a... Yeah, well, that's something I'm not entirely... because I feel like it would start as ActiveCampaign into Lofty. But yeah, no, that's how this is. Mano, it's kind of the same as you. I've been so fucking stressed lately. I swear, I'm usually kind of an anxious person, but recently it has been off the roof on me, you know? Just trying to cope and get shit done kind of eases it a little bit. I've been super stressed. I've been pretty good; I'm sure you haven't. Do you see anything that might work? Yeah, I do. It just depends on what these entry points are relative to the form, but I mean, I do see a bunch of ways we can do it. Because I know that with ActiveCampaign, when you create the form, you can embed it. I don't know if that can help you. If we did something like this—updated custom object record or this updated contact event—we could then... When ActiveCampaign updates the contact record with the form, we emit the webhook to Lofty to update the lead or create the lead. Whatever that might be, we can do that. It would probably be create the lead. My worry is that it gets processed right. I know ActiveCampaign within itself has... you can automate in theory; we could try and match the categorization process. Or we could—this is going to be kind of a mess. Yeah, I know. I just, because, you know, in theory, I should just fucking continue using ActiveCampaign and then just pass you the leads. Yeah, I think that's better. If we're just creating leads, let's do it that way, dude. I'm telling you, that's the way. It's like, I feel like it'd be easier to have the CSV in them based on this person's answers. We can feel the sense of urgency and categorize them ourselves, or have an AI categorize them. We shouldn't have to do all of this overhaul just to be able to put everything through Lofty. I agree. Sella also said, "Oh, we could create an open house form and put like a general area, and then in the questionnaire be like, 'Which area are you looking for?'" We could do that, but I just feel like it's super confusing, you know? Like someone who's like, "Oh yeah, I'm down to invest," and then they see a specific address, they're gonna be like, "Trying to in this address?" Yeah, no. No, no. All right, give me a second. I'll be right back. I have to hop on a meeting now—the meeting that I thought I was taking at 8. **System Audio:** Um, I just wanted to check because obviously he wants to stop using ActiveCampaign. And I've been doing all of his animations, creating from ActiveCampaign to get like his data. Check automation or wait, content... content. Let's see, check website, check website marketing, yeah, questionnaires. Yeah. Maybe we can create one, like it can be an open house form, but fuck me. Can you talk to the Co-pilot and ask him if there are any other forms? It's a little bit we don't need an open house for. Wait for that, it says selecting COVID forms. Um, this is broken. Edit one of those. I can't create a link. It's like, why dream something up? We have ActiveCampaign; after the campaign, it's like another CRM system. Marketing, yeah. He's telling me to create an open house form and create like an investor form, but I just click on the link—open house one for a second. Cam, how you been bro? I feel like I haven't talked to you in a while. But I feel you on that. No, integration center, my God. Lookup ActiveCampaign. Fuck me. What about Marketplace? It's probably not going to be there. I'm sorry guys, I just got a really dumb text. Nah, it's this friend of mine that works on film productions and they were like out in the wild and he just had to take a fucking bump out. It's so stupid, bro. But he didn't explain anything; he just sent a picture. No, Cam, is there any way that... I'm just trying to think of a way that we can create this form from somewhere else. I can create the form with ActiveCampaign and get all his email and information, like all the leads in there. I'm just thinking of a way that we could pass on that data from that platform into Lofty automatically. Can we check that out with Zapier? See if we can do it every time. Because I feel like it would start like ActiveCampaign into Zapier into Lofty. Give me a second because I have a client, a potential client, that's calling me. Money baby. Kind of same as you, like I've been so fucking stressed lately. I swear, I'm usually kind of like an anxious person, but recently it has been off the roof. You know, just trying to cope and get shit done. Doing kind of eases it a little bit. I'm super stressed. Anything but... Caro and I have a pretty nice visual identity for... Do you see anything that might work? Okay, right. Because I know that in ActiveCampaign, when you create the form, you can embed it. I don't know if that can help you at all, but let me see something. Mm-hmm. It would probably be creative, yeah. My worry is that ActiveCampaign isn't going to be able to categorize the leads in the way that he would want the leads to be categorized. Yeah, I know ActiveCampaign within itself has like, you can automate quite a bit. In theory, we could try and match the categorization process or we could—this is going to be kind of a mess. Okay, I just because, you know, in theory, I should just continue using ActiveCampaign and then just pass your leads. Yeah, because like I feel like it'd be easier to have the CSV and then based on the person's answers, like we can feel the sense of urgency and categorize them ourselves—like have an AI categorize them. We shouldn't have to do like all of this overhaul just to be able to fucking put everything through Lofty. Sela also said like, "Oh, we could create an open house form and put like a general area, and then in the questionnaire be like 'which area are you looking for?'" Like, we could do that, but I just feel like it's super confusing. You know, like someone who's like, "Oh yeah, I'm down to invest," and then they see a specific address, they're going to be like, "Are you trying to get me to invest in this address?" Like, that's no. Okay, all right, give me a second. I'll bear... Okay, let's just take your meeting and I'll call Seba and then we'll figure it out. Okay. Peace. Peace. ### Short exclamation of surprise **8:37 AM - 8:46 AM PDT** | *casual* **Microphone:** Thank you. What in the fuck? Thank you. ### Personal interaction and commotion **11:25 AM - 12:03 PM PDT** | *personal* **Microphone:** So, thank you. Okay, I'm going to go. What is the name? What is this? I'm sorry. Thank you. ### Brief personal statement **12:56 PM - 1:08 PM PDT** | *personal* **Microphone:** Thank you. So, I'm going to go ahead and put it in the middle of the bag. ### Discussing AI prompts and filters **1:42 PM - 1:55 PM PDT** | *work* **Microphone:** Hello. How's it going? Blame. Oh, just wait. No, I'm just kidding. I'm ready. We talked about the filters. You remember when we started first on Raleigh and the prompt, and it was so important that it worked? Now with the filters, the problem is he doesn't—my strong, very strong relationships were... And I was like, so I showed him how that works. Oh yeah, that's really long. Adding the, yeah, Alan C. Mueller. It seems to can't ignore fixed. But when you're starting on fast follow-up, and I said, "I don't think this will be a big deal. I'll talk to you about it, but it shouldn't be questions." And the idea turns on very strong and strong. It starts... Mmm. And so we have to be careful, obviously, because I don't think we want that to be an AI statement. I think if they do this, say this, and, like, they can either write or they can filter right from the freaking files. That's off for some reason. But I did the review one earlier. Like, "This is already a vast improvement; let's solve that." And then the second really sounds good to me. Cool. And then... introductions dropdowns. Relationship leads and introductions are useless by themselves. Let me go look at my type companies. The encapsulation of a target company, and then all of your orchestrations for that deal team—relationship leads and so forth—should be a page. And you should be able to, on your phone, you know, swipe back and forth through the deal teams. Wow, that was funny. I wasn't even on that. I just popped over to that chat. Yeah. I don't know. Adios. And so I was also describing this way that relationship—like if on a spectrum of assistance that we provide, relationship leads are the closest thing to a guarantee. Actually, that's not true. Offers for help are provided; probably the closest thing to a guarantee for an intro. Relationship leads are next. And then like, you know, there's matches or there's like, "Hey, you live in Diatin, should be focusing on..." I just want to talk through this thing with you right now. I think that all makes sense to me. I assume he has some basic heuristics to generate the suggested prompts and maybe it gets massaged by an LLM, but I think we'll probably get very far. I would suggest we try to stay away from using an LLM for this at first, purely because I think it'll be slow, and I think they'll be clicking it a lot, and I think it could have, you know, there's some costs and stuff there. So keeping it... honestly, I do think it's a very long—if I'll stay—bet you can even be done on the phone. Yeah, I would assume that a lot of it could be. I'll try just for the proper separation of concerns to build something on the back end. It might be useful in a little bit, yeah. Maybe not put it in bug; make sure that everything's ready for work to add the prompt suggestion. Yeah, and you can build off of—I mean, I don't have... there's a lot my concern, but I thought it was appropriate for this specific one. Okay, cool. All right. Thank you. I'll talk to you later. Bye. Thank you. So, okay. What is the difference between the two and the two? Thank you. **System Audio:** Hello. Good, how are you? Do you remember when we first started talking about Rel.ai and the prompt? It was so important that, like, with the prompt, you never had to use filters; you could just ask what you wanted. I had a long conversation with David. We were catching up just about general stuff, and we talked about the filters. Oh, just wait—no, I'm just kidding. So, I had a long time... now we're adding filters. And so he's like, it's just weird to be able to be like... I did find a little bug. Look at that. No, but look, it has plus... It's fine. It's a bug; we'll get it fixed. Are they going to know what to type? I don't think so. Replacing the example questions? You know, like if I go to relationship strengths, we want it to be an AI prompt generator, we think. That it's like, you know, if they sit toward companies, say this; if they do this, say this, and combine them. But I don't think that should be that big a deal. And so we have to be careful, obviously, because I don't think we want that to be an AI statement generator. Like, I don't... I just want to know, like, what my very strong relationships were. And I was like, so I showed him how that works. And he's like, "Okay, but, you know, it might be senior folks or this." I'm like, that works too. You've also built a bunch—60 freaking files—who, team introductions? Like, I want to get rid of the relationship leads and introductions dropdowns. Like they, as I explained to David, my view is: the encapsulation of a target company and then all of your orchestrations for that deal—you know, for that deal team, relationship leads and so forth—should be a page. And you go look at my relationship leads. What they do is they go, "Hey, let me go look at Postman. Let me go look at my target companies." So deal teams, which are relationship leads and introductions, are useless by themselves. Like, they're useful, but without any context, it's just a page of these things. You don't know what the fuck you're doing. Nobody's going to be able to, on your phone, you know, swipe back and forth through the deal teams. Well, that was funny. I wasn't even on that. Just popped over to that to a... Um, yeah, so I was also describing it this way: if on the spectrum of assistance that we provide, relationship leads are the closest thing to a guarantee. Actually, that's not true. Offers for help are probably the closest. And probably the least likely—not even an intro or a match, just a chance, which is, you know, somebody who lives in the same town as... you know, like, that's the spectrum of potential assistance toward a guarantee for an intro. Relationship leads are next. And then there's matches, or there's, like, "Hey, you live in the same town." And that's what the deal thing should be focusing on. Playing with you right now, I would suggest we try to stay away from using an LLM for this at first, purely because I think it'll be slow. And I think they'll be clicking in the chat; there could be some costs and stuff there. So keeping it—nothing hard-coded, to be clear—but honestly, I bet you can even be done on the phone. Okay. Yeah, and you could build off of that PR, Relia, I feel... Thank you. How did? Okay. Yeah. Yep, bye. ### Brief acknowledgment **1:59 PM - 1:59 PM PDT** | *casual* **Microphone:** . Okay. ### Informal chatting about parking **2:07 PM - 2:12 PM PDT** | *casual* **Microphone:** But actually, how do I look? How do I clarify? We are... if they had it, they weren't. So I don't know how they were there. The parking lot. I push himself. That sounds way more productive. Girl, I'll give you something, don't worry; I'll give it to you. Nasty app, and I got the same thing. Oh, Paul. Oh, hello, dude. No more. ### Casual social invitation **2:15 PM - 2:22 PM PDT** | *personal* **Microphone:** I'll hold them, unless you want that. Thank you. Wanna come over? Want to go down? So, hmm. I'm going to go to the next one. ### Asking for a name **2:27 PM - 2:32 PM PDT** | *personal* **Microphone:** So... what is the name? ### Short transition remark **2:41 PM - 2:53 PM PDT** | *casual* **Microphone:** So, uh... I'm going to go to the next one. Thank you. **System Audio:** you ### Short conversational fragments **3:02 PM - 3:07 PM PDT** | *casual* **Microphone:** Good? Cut! You're right. We're in the same suite. I don't know. Yeah. Thank you. Okay. Um, okay. Yes. ### Brief polite remark **3:13 PM - 3:13 PM PDT** | *casual* **Microphone:** Bless you. . ### Short apology **3:17 PM - 3:17 PM PDT** | *casual* **Microphone:** Thank you. I'm sorry. ### Personal excitement about food **3:47 PM - 3:53 PM PDT** | *personal* **Microphone:** I'm so excited. Thank you. I'm going to eat this. ### Casual greeting and discussion **4:22 PM - 5:50 PM PDT** | *casual* **Microphone:** Thank you. I'm going to go ahead and put it in the middle of the room. Let me play around with it a little bit; I can show you tomorrow or something, but I just don't think it's anything special, right? I mean, it should be doing searches and... Yo, guys, what's up, man? What's up, Mr. DeFar? Hey. Too much, bro. I got five more minutes left on this call and then I'm gonna continue on. My bad, bro, this was the third last day to turn this in; if I don't turn this in in Team, that'll beat my ass. All right, more important, appreciate you, bro. All right, Jim, so here, I'll walk you through. Okay, so here's what I put together just to sort of talk through everything that we had on the agenda; this is also stuff that I did today. We had already done a lot of this. I set up the Meta Pixel dataset. We verified the eliteflippers.com domain on Meta. I did a dedicated registration page on eliteflippers.com for the webinar. This posts to go highlight to Google Analytics and to Meta Dataset. We also get opt-in for email, SMS, and calling when they submit the form for the future. I signed up for Webinar Jam. I got another free trial; I finessed it. I'm not sure if they're going to charge me eventually, but we should be good until next week. I'm just going to have this removed before we go. Let me take a look at the rest. Webinar configuration settings: add plan with creative, debris, camera slides, slide decks. Wow, looks good dude, big lead. Yeah, I mean that's just like our placeholder name for now. And then our closer is what it's called on here. Let's see here, I've got those outbound messages saved here... where the fuck did I put that? Just gone forever, I guess. Somewhere here. I'm also assuming we're gonna have to re-authenticate on this call because there's something weird going on. This is where we'll set those, and we'll set them as the ones that we said, which—I'm not super... "Are you into real estate? What's up? Are you thinking about getting into the real estate game and what you know about wholesaling?" Not the strongest openers, but I mean, I guess it works. And then, returning back to the presentation—not the presentation, but included in here is a couple of mocks of the presentation for the webinar. Yeah, I saw that. It looks solid. I tried to get it to just look like the website so it looks good; we can fix it. The template's done, dude, that's good. And then one thing I was wondering—I swear I had it. Okay, yeah, here's content for Abdullah to sort of review and make sure it looks good. Can you have a hard stop at 7? No, I'm good, I'm good. How long? Well, I mean, it's just like nothing important. I've got a hard stop at 7:30 then. About an hour? Okay, well I mean that should be plenty of time; I'm trying to get out before then too. I feel you. And then we need to confirm Pakistan dates. I'll send this over even though I'm worried it's gonna get caught up on certain details, but it's not the end of the world. We could obviously talk through it here. I'm not going to force him to make contact, but we got some suggestions. We'll see what we do. Well, I went all day without a nicotine patch yesterday, which was good. Yeah, and I had three Zins, 33 milligrams Zins. Now you're on the wave now. And today I was on the patch and I did two Zins. So we're working our way down. I was also not really on it in New York, but simultaneously I was hitting the vape. We'll send reminders for people that are signing up for the webinar about when it is, what the details are, where the link is, etc. And then we'll send them a reminder 24 hours before and then 15 minutes before. I hit a limit for the first time on Codex today. I was going so ham with it. How much you paying for Codex? I'm on the fence about... I'm sure you're screened real quick, but an audio—okay. All right, perfect. When you want to do that beginning of next week, it'll be ready. So, what does your Tuesday look like? It's supposed to be in the calendar right now. I actually have to head to my next meeting as well, so let's see... Tuesday of next week, what time? So it's the 5th? The 5th. Yeah. What time do you want to do that? What about 11 a.m.? 11 a.m. All right, perfect. Let's do it. Okay. Sounds good. And then I will see you then. Awesome, yes, send me the calendar invite. I'll accept it and we'll take it from there. Perfect, thank you. Yep, we'll talk soon, thank you. Bye-bye. What's up guys? They gotta make money, fucking and rise everyone. Okay, so... Every time I'm back, bro, the lead generation companies should be set up. Right? I need your IDs and picture, your full name. That's one thing I forgot to ask you guys. You just... today, bro. Bro, you want to come over on a Saturday? Friday, I got... bro, the weekend, I don't work on the weekend. I know, but that's the only times that I have where I can come over for a few hours and just chill; otherwise, I work the next day and I gotta be worried about getting home. And then Saturday, I can also get a ride—right, Jack told me he'll drive me on Saturday. Bro, it's like a fucking 30 minutes away from you, bro. Bro, it's 45 to 50, man. I swear. That shit is... Do it, do it, do it. Can you send it to a messenger? Yeah, check it, whatever. Yeah, come tonight, bro. All right, Zach, I'm just gonna share my screen, how about that? Yeah, yeah, that's fine. Come tonight. Uh, right, I can tonight, but I'm down 100% Saturday at 6, though. Um, just come Saturday, bro. Um, okay, so yeah, we're just gonna run through the list. You know, everything we're gonna talk about there should be no surprise here. Mm-hmm. Yeah. I was talking to Zach. I want you to focus on things that's actually going to make us money." Right? I could figure this out myself—WebinarJam and this and all that little stuff. Okay, that way it saves you guys time fucking doing the review, and then you PPL. That's it, bro. We're throwing some projects at you guys that... I'll style reverence another day. I'm like, "Bro, these guys are gonna go crazy. They don't even know what they're doing. They're like, 'Yo, what do we do?'" Like, we got this, this, this. You're going crazy if I just say, "Bro, this is the only thing we got to focus on: PPL. That's it." Revio—we said Revio one time, that's it. Your website's live; we got all the tracking as I mentioned. We got a dedicated form too so you can let them—well, bro, they sent this along, they said that this is not the correct way of doing it. You're building on WebinarJam. WebinarJam's a CRM that basically holds all your data, and also WebinarJam is going to send them a fucking link to that Zoom shit and this and that. Yeah, I know that, and I am currently on the WebinarJam free trial, which is why I didn't set it up. But I mean, they might not be familiar, but you can essentially have it go from your website and insert directly into WebinarJam. But if they don't want to go that route, that's fine. I'm not sure. Yeah, I mean, I've got it open right here for us to look at. Like, this is what they were suggesting we do, and I just chose "user own design" here, but like, they got all these templates here which are the exactly same shit. Yeah, so I mean, I'm happy to do whatever they want to do. You can just let them know that we're at their disposal and like we can help them with that, whatever, but you know, like we don't need to use this account. They'll obviously set it up, so we'll just make sure we're available to help them get whatever they need. So yeah, with that I'll move on here. Revio custom prompts—I've got that open here. But basically, we're going to let it send messages to five people, which is not the max that it can do, but we're going to do five. We don't want what happened last time to happen again, where you're like, "What the fuck is it doing? Why is it saying that?" I know... when you send 20 messages, one person replies. Well, yeah, and part of that was like, the messages weren't in your voice, which we fixed, hopefully. Yeah, you guys fix it, bro. Run fucking whatever you can. Five is not going to do shit. Yeah, no, I mean, I definitely agree. So we can do the maximum number then. If I believe it's 30 for now—I mean let me double check, I think it's 70 for your account given you've got 70k. So we'll set it at whatever the maximum is. Maximum or whatever? Like, don't do maximum. Just do, like, mid-tier or whatever it is, you know? Okay, mid-tier would be about 35. Or it's saying a 40 basically. Okay, so cool, we'll get that running and it should be off tomorrow. 35, okay cool, let's do that. Let's save. Can you say that right here? Maximum daily messages? Oh yeah, that's just like, there's a maximum that they're allowed to send due to the number of followers you have, and then this is like the mid-tier, like you said. This is given how much we're allowed to send; this is what we'll do on a daily basis and we can bump it. We can bump it. And then here, I'm going to add your new messages here really quick. And then there's a chance I might need to re-authenticate, so we're gonna do that right here while you're on the call. All right, so are you planning on getting into real estate? Real estate—are you planning on the real estate? Yeah, what do you know about wholesaling? Looking for off-market deals? Yep. What was that last one you said? Are you looking for off-market deals? Any others that come to mind? I've got: "What's up? Are you thinking about getting into real estate to make capital with real estate, looking to make money?" "Are you thinking about getting started in the real estate, looking at more deals?" Dilla, by the way, also... "Are you currently doing deals? Are you looking to do more deals or are you currently doing deals? Are you already working on deals?" Okay cool, so that's five and that's what they recommend, so that should be good. What were you saying? I was just gonna say, Marco Zuckerberg... where he's up, bro. I know when do you—it's on Saturday. When do you get back from all your stuff? Are you going to be 4 PM? Okay, sounds good. Yeah, we'll get all that stuff set up there on your computer setup, and then if you get all this figured out today. Did he get the fucking Mackie? I can get that whenever; I just want to make sure I do it. Drop that bitch, bro. I'm just scared that it is closed or fucked. Personally, I got you. Grab it Friday. Go and grab it. Let me know what it is, I'll tell you too, so that way you have that money too. Let's see. Fucking A. And then we'll go over the—here we go, that's what we're looking for: ManyChat, The Law House. So it's like if we sell for a buck 50 to 200, to 300, to 400 an hour a lead, it's easier to get to 400. And then Thailand; it's all right there. So Asia—I know about some places. Yeah, so you got Malaysia right here. On top of that, you got Thailand. And inside Thailand, you got Bali. So it's like everything's right there. It's like fucking boats away; you just take boats and shit. You know, so it's like all right there—Maldives right there, so then I'm gonna be in that sector, and then Pakistan's right there too, you know? Okay, I love the rain. Is it nice there? It's been raining and fucking makes you want to work inside. 23, 23, 14, 14. Thank you. Thank you. So I'm going to be there for like 10 days in that specific part of Asia, and then I'm going to be in Pakistan for like two weeks, and I'll be back. Summertime is the best time for the real estate shit, bro. You know? We've got... Okay, okay. Yeah, I went to Dubai too; I heard. I believe I went to Dubai? No, no, I'm talking about you. Um, yeah, so we're currently—we just added the feature that does the comparable analysis. It actually calls to an AI, performs some web searches online, and finds a similar... there is a dialer in there too, you know, or they could just click call. Oh yeah, we totally can. So like what we've done down here is we've made it so that you can bid on similar properties if there are any in the system. We're not gonna do anything but like when someone's looking up a lead, it basically means they have a deal. So we could fucking see all the fucking shit—all the searches and skip trace all the fucking shit and go after them. And they fucking double the fucking triple the money. Cause I got... I gotta go. Okay, cool, this hot lead, you better close this up. But for now, our team's gonna go and kill this, and I can only imagine the number of ways we'll be able to make money on these leads, dude. I mean, the other thing I was thinking, bro: I have the whole fucking call center, all the leads, right? But we can also do some crazy stuff, like create artificial bids and buy the leads back and resell them. Inflate prices like programmatically. 100%. We're in the lead business, bro. Nothing is exclusive out here, right? We're in the lead business and I'm telling you we could hit a half a million dollars a month like easy. Oh, I bet. I bet. I mean, if this shit goes international, dude, I think those are small numbers, you know? So I'm excited. How much are all those guys doing? IceP to Lead? A million a month? What was that? I have no idea. I think they're doing probably a little bit less. But I don't think they have—I'm the one that fucking told Cammy to do it. For me, it doesn't make sense to do PPL because people that are buying one, two, three leads... The thing is, I told Bill, I'm like, "Hey, bro, we need to have a platform," this and that. And I'm just like, "Bro, we'd rather build AK." And, you know, on the PPL side, we had like okay: 10 leads, 20 leads, 30 leads, 40 leads. There's some companies, though, that do SEO for targeting distressed buyers or sellers online, which I think we're going to do a combination of both. Right? Like, I think we're going to want to get AK cold caller leads. I think we're going to want to get... Abdul Rahman said he's going to pay for all this shit, bro. Oh, God. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Look what it says highlighted: PPL packages right here. You see that highlight? We could sell it for $50 a lead. You know, I was like, "Oh, you didn't tell us that." I wish you would have told me that. The thing is, for me, it's like we didn't have the platform, you know? And I didn't know I could make a platform like this. And now we have this problem. I've been thinking about PPL for a while, but I was like, "Bro, I don't have the infrastructure for this." So I just gotta focus on PPL because of Abdul Rahman's podcast. Oh my god, bro, I sell to the PPL companies. Don't you have a podcast like tomorrow? Well no, dude, that was a week ago. No, I already did it. So look, I sell to the PPL companies. You know how much I sold the IceP to Lead? How much I sold them? Eight hundred thousand dollars worth of leads. Wow! I can show you right now. I believe you. I'm like, "Bro, how do we become the PPL fucking company?" And the thing is, I'm selling it to them for $35 a lead, and guess what they're doing? They're turning around selling it for $100, $150 a lead. Mm-hmm. You know? So, yeah. And imagine making—and not only are we going to be selling our own leads that we gather ourselves, but we're going to allow other people to sell their own leads on the same platform and make a cut on every single lead that's sold. And then you can structure your classes, your master class, your webinar showing people how to use the platform and how to turn it into... like, wrong ads I'm gonna be making, bro. And the content I'm gonna be making, I'm like, "Yo guys, this is how simple it be to be a real estate investor in today's day and age. All you do is download this app—whatever the app is called—download the app, make a login, buy some fucking credits, buy a fucking lead, copy the address, put the address in there, it tells me all the fucking comparables using fucking AI, call the fucking person." And I'm gonna do a live call: "Hello, hey, I heard you want to sell your house, dude." That's genie. That's fucking genie. That's gonna be your money, dude. That's money right there, bro. Bro, my content is gonna go like this every fucking day and I'm moving in front of a Lambo. I'm gonna give you a dollar for the Lambo, that's it. Big leads, big leads, brother. That's it. And yeah, man, we really want to fucking get this in your hands and get this in the hands of Abdul Rahman and, you know, maybe even start with a little test subject with just the students of yours right now, right? We can even launch this thing... for you to tell me, the test subject is me, bro. Say less. Oh, I like that idea of a leaderboard where people are buying... like, who is the number one spender, bro? Spending fucking X amount of hundreds of... Bro, that could go crazy. Yeah. Who's spending the most amount of money? Like, "This nigga spending $300,000." I was telling Cam I really like the idea of making it like, making the bids anonymous, right? So obviously with the bidding system, you can see everyone else's name who's bidding on that property. But if you want your bid to be anonymous—you don't want to put your name out there—you pay an account 10 bucks to not be named. Look, this was going to happen. I might be bidding against fucking FaZe, or I might be bidding against AJ in my fucking community and he might call me, "Yo, bro, let me get this lead, bro." You know? It's supposed to be not me. AJ and Faye, are you know AJ and Faye are going at this and then you're like, "Bro, because you know part of my community..." Like, yo, what the... let me get this lead, bro. I'm 50/50 with you, I bet. Now it's gonna fucking hurt our pockets because rather than the bid going to 300-400, they fucking stopped it at 200 and they fucking fucked our deal. Exactly. Alright, so I mean... by the domain, um, on Instagram: Closers. Closer at closers? Yeah, so I'm trying—I'm trying to make a deal with this guy. Oh, you're trying to buy it right now? I mean, that would be sick. What's he charging for it, though? I haven't spoke to him; I got his number right now here. Let me, I'm gonna take a look at what domains... My God, let's look at some domains. Everything looks good. I think you guys were the presentation, but other than that—yeah, we'll send over the copy of the presentation and we can make modifications. All right, so how can we set these guys up, Jack and in WebinarJam essentially? Like, how is that bridge going to be made and what do I need to do to be involved to get Jack working with these guys in order to be selling for WebinarJam so me and Cam can get that 5%? Let me see. Jack's ready, man. He wants to get to work. He just needs to know what the fuck to do. Yeah, we should put Jack in there. Jack's good, he's a hustler; I want my team. He's fucking... yeah, so for him in there, we'll do the fucking webinar show with him. You can have the closers from there and just let me know. I can help out with the sales aspect as well too, honestly. Put me down as a closer too, bro. Me and Jack both. Dude, just put me down as an alias name, dude. It would be great, but like, didn't we—again, I'm still a little confused—didn't we find out that someone is launching a PPL platform called Closers? Yeah, bro, this guy, he's launching it. Yeah, when he adds... yeah, so then maybe we don't want that name given that's gonna be like directly... He's in that fucking... Yeah, and he's someone from the industry too. He already knows me and follows me. Okay, that's what I'm saying. That's what I'm saying. Yeah, let's workshop the name, and Zach and I will try and have some suggestions. If this is going to happen, you might go to his website and like "Closer." Oh yeah, because he's making content on it too. So fuck Arceau. Yeah, we do not want that. Let's workshop names and we'll have a domain purchased and ready to go before you leave, okay? How about that? Before Wednesday next week. That older is not live: Closers Realty. Well, no, I know, I'm looking right here. We've got plenty of closers domains right here: closers.live, like you said, closers.vip, closers.direct. But we can't do this; we can't do "closers." These domains are not available to us because... so we gotta just think of a new name. What if we call it—let me see. What do we call money in different languages? Let's see. I mean, I do like that. And Italian? Yeah, fast money. Now we're talking. Different languages, now we're talking. Denaro rapido... soldi, soldi, soldi. Oh, I like that! I like that: Soldi. So "soldi" is money in Italian. Fucking what the fuck? $2,000? Let's buy it. I don't know. What we can do is, if we just buy soldi.cc for now, we can go and buy that domain and point it to the same place. What the fuck is CC? What's CC? Okay, here, look. If you want, I'll buy soldi.net. $2,000, bro. If we can get soldi.com, that'd be so much better. Soldi.com? But I doubt that's available. I'd pitch for that top-level domain CC. What about soldi.co? Soldi.co? Let me double check on this one. My soul... okay, it's not too bad. It's—holy shit, 2.5k! But we can buy it directly through... oh, it's 2.5k a year? What the fuck? Okay, so that's really expensive. Dappin soldi.net... that to soldi.io... what is it, eight thousand dollars? Yeah. Um, there's also—I know there's a couple cheap money Italian... yeah, I know. It's really nice. I like it. Soldi.xyz? No, but don't get any fucking garbage shit like this. Um, soldi dot... soldi dot AI. Soldi dot AI. No shit. I could get soldi on Instagram. $3,000. For a thousand bucks? 3,000. 3,000. It's worth it, bro. I got AK Callers on Instagram, and I promise you, bro, the money I've made from my Instagram page on AK Callers is second to none. It's maybe $300,000. No, no, I know, I know, I know. But that means we're going to have to pay $3k for the investment if we're going with Soldi. I'll make Soldi LLC, Soldi Enterprises LLC, Soldi whatever... you know, whatever is LLC. Look at the soldi domain. Net and let's get soldi.net, fucking Instagram page, then I could fucking market the out of it because it's going to be on my Instagram page and I get a million plus views a month. So niggas are going to be seeing that shit, clicking that shit without fucking setters and fucking callers in that bitch fucking messaging people all day long—all the investors, bro. It'll be well worth it. Listen, you tell me this though; my question is this: should we buy it or no? It's like, what are you buying right now? Well, I'm just buying this cheap domain just as a placeholder. Which one is it? XYZ or CC? Just CC, yeah. So we'll have this to deploy the app so we can all look at it while it's in testing. You know, we can lock it behind, off the walls, you know, stuff like that for development. And then we can figure out... do we want to invest the 3k for the Instagram? Do we want to invest the 2k for soldi.net or refine with soldi.cc? Um, we can also keep—I don't know, is there—I don't think so. I'll check though just to double-check, but yeah, I mean we have soldi.cc. Oh, you're too fast for me. See, why doesn't Cloudflare have LLC domains? That's what we're going to make; we're making an LLC: Soldi. Yeah, no, I mean, I'm all for the LLC domain, or the top-level domain, but I was very... Want, bro, I sold you a fucking soldi.net two thousand dollar investment. I think that's the best investment we could do. All right, I mean all right. So what? Let's sleep on that one because that's just such a big buy for a domain. We have a big life... oh yeah, for me I'm broke, okay? You need a financial advisor for doing that, bro. Which financial advisor? I advise myself, brother. I know, but doing fucking ridiculous. I'm gonna buy it myself. $2,000 on a fucking dinner, bro, come on. Brother, you spend $2,000 on a dinner for a client, that motherfucker ain't gonna buy you stuff. They don't want anything to do with your website. I mean, honestly, I didn't want to be disrespectful. All right, well, that's fine. He said, bro, let us figure it out. Let us do it. They do it for... and let me show you the website they're making and they're doing it; they're doing everything from WebinarJam. All right, hey, I'm not trying to get in their way. Like I said, I'd rather build you a PPL app. What's up, man? Waleed, assalam, bro. How you been? I need a domain, bro. I don't know. I'm getting the domain closers, bro. So, I'm getting the domain closers. Wait, why are you getting the domain closers, though? We can't use that one. You're not getting closers, bro. Hey, DraftVest. Do they? After New York? Yeah, but you know how expensive food is out there? It's got me tripping. 40 bucks for a breakfast burrito game. I think we're good, right, Cam? I think so, too. How about this? If you want, I'll exchange services with you, bro. I'll teach you and you get me the domain. You know? How much are you thinking? Watching a masturbator at YCAM. Master the Bader for sure. No, a masturbator I said. Uh, uh, uh... with soldi.cc, I thought that was fun. I also got soldi.us. Dilla, we're buying soldi, man, not closers. Let him cook. Oh, I'm generic. Elite investors. You said we're good; means no money. We're successfully six characters. Then Soldi Denaro is also another name, yeah. But bro, look up Denaro, see if that username is available. I would bet that this is... that's Mexican, that's some like Corona Mexican, yeah. Well, that's what the eye with the E. All right fellas, listen, it's almost eight o'clock. Let's call it a night. We'll come back to this. Now Abdullah, I'll be at your house at 6 p.m. At Jack, we'll get everything started out we need to, and then let's hop on one more meeting before you leave, obviously on Tuesday if not earlier. That sound good? Let's do it, bro. We'll keep our eyes peeled for good domains. **System Audio:** Yo, yo. Let me play around with a little bit; I can show Tim tomorrow or something. But I just—okay, I know you guys. What's up, man? What's up, Mr. Goodfather? Not too much, bro. I got one more five minutes left on this call, and then I'm going to continue on. My bad, bro. This was the last day to turn this in. If I don't turn this in, the team's going to beat my ass. All right, Kim. Yeah, yeah, we did. No, he's playing. Thank you. Good call. And, yep, let me take a look at the rest. Webinar configuration settings, add plans, slides, slide decks... wow, looks good. Big lead, yeah, yeah. That's good. Yeah, I thought that I was reading it there earlier and it looks solid. Those are the shirts that we can look at, we can pick. Yeah, the template's done, dude, that's good. Can you give a hard time to 7? For how long? I've got a hard stop at 7:30 then. It's about an hour. I'm trying to get off before then too. To this thing, you know... 36. This letter, though, is type that I've been through. I don't know what to say, man, you got that value vibe. Awesome. Yes, emulate calendar invite. I'll accept it and we'll take it from there. Perfect, thank you. Yep, we'll talk soon. Thank you, thanks, bye-bye. What's up guys? Money on the side, I make money when I do a homicide. All right, I'm sorry, money on the spot, I make money and rise. Let's make a screen. Alright. We got a lot to go over, Abdullah. So we need you to share your screen. Share my screen? I got you. And then open the link. You push—can you just put your flight to wrap like, "I'm gone for three weeks, I'm going Pakistan, going on a little honeymoon from Malaysia, Bali, I'm going, I'm out"? Okay. Bro, you wanna come over on a Saturday or Friday? I got—bro, the weekend, I don't work on the weekend. I know, but that's the only times that I have where I can come over for a few hours and just fucking chill. I work the next day, I gotta be worried about getting home. And then Saturday, I can also get a ride; Jack told me he'll drive me on Saturday, bro. And stuff... you guys don't have to set it up because those guys—remember I told you, those guys are running it, those guys gonna help me out and shit. WebinarJam and all that little stuff—so I hired a team, bro. I just paid them a thousand bucks and I said, "Brothers, just get this going." So they're coming to my office tomorrow; actually, they're setting up WebinarJam. I've been doing everything. I told him, "Okay bro, take the ten, I don't give a fuck, just get this done. That's it." You know what I'm saying? So yeah, I'm with those guys so we can skip the WebinarJam and stuff like that. Just give me the presentation, and I'll have him do everything else. That way it saves you guys' time. Let's just fucking do the review, and then you PPL. That's it, bro. Because think of it—we're throwing some new projects at you guys that... I'll start reminiscing. The other day I'm like, "Bro, these guys are gonna go crazy. They don't even know what they're doing because they're like, 'Yo, what do we do? We got this, this, this...'" You're going crazy! They said that this is not the correct way of doing it; you're supposed to build on WebinarJam. WebinarJam is a CRM that basically holds all your data, and also WebinarJam is going to send them a link to that Zoom and this and that. WebinarJam has some bland templates; that's all it is. We could do a better job. Exactly. It's the same shit. Yeah, seriously. Gonna start with five man. I'm gonna make sure we get... I think it's nothing, bro, when you send 20 messages one person replies. Yeah, you guys fix it, bro. One fucking whatever you can. Five is not gonna do shit. What's the maximum number? Don't do maximum; just do like mid-tier or whatever it is, you know? I was gonna say, when do you... it's on Saturday. Do you get back from all your stuff then? Are you going to be at 4 p.m.? Okay, sounds good. Yeah, we'll get all that stuff set up then—your computer setup—and then if you get all this figured out today. It was good. It's going good. Getting more clients signed on. I think we're at... We're still low, bro. Let me see where we're at. How's the trimming of... because I'm telling the lead for 40, you know? 40 leads basically, you know, crazy. So it's like if we sell for a buck fifty to 200 to 300 to 400 an hour a lead, it's easier to get to $400. You know, it's easier to get to fucking $250 a month because it's like the same amount of leads that we're having or pushing it there. I'm going to Pakistan, then I'm going to Malaysia, then I'm going to Maldives, and then Thailand because all right there. So Asia, some places, yeah. So, um, I'm gonna be there for like 10 days in that specific part of Asia. And then I'm going to be in Pakistan for like two weeks, and I'll be back. Awesome. Yeah, it's really well. Yeah, I was going to be... and Cameron talk about it. Hopefully when you're back, Jada's just locked and loaded. And you, me, hopefully Abdul—Abdul's back by then too around that time. And we'll see you next time. We should be in a good spot to get shit fucking ramped up, dude. And I told him, man, I told him, you know, he's going to be 100% when he gets back. I need a vacation, too, because I'm, like, burnt out, too, you know? So it's like once I come back, it's like I'm about to... you know, I'm gonna go crazy, bro. You know, I hope so, man. You know why, bro? We're not going to do anything, but like, when someone's looking up a lead, it basically means they have a deal. So we could fucking see all the fucking shit—all the results, searches, and skip trace all the fucking shit and go after them. The other thing I was thinking, bro: I have the whole fucking call center, all the leads, right? And people pay for the leads. I could give all those leads and we could dump it into this shit. 100% bro, we're in the lead business, bro. Nothing is exclusive out here, right? We're in the lead business. And I'm telling you, we could hit a half a million dollars a month, like easy. Easy million. How much are all these guys doing? Is it a million a month? I have no idea. I think they're doing probably a little bit less to do PPL because people that were buying one, two, three leads... The thing is, I told Bill, "Hey bro, we need to have a platform, this and that." And I'm just like, bro, we rather build it. And you know the PPL side, we had like, okay, 10 leads, 20 leads, 30 leads, 40 leads—a 40 lead full line package, right? 20 leads for fucking... and let me show you. I have it written down and I can show you the date. It's just like, I found this to be a better strategy than using cold callers. That's all. You need cold callers for the leads anyways; there's some companies though that don't use cold calls. Yep. I'm going to SCL lead. Hey dude, Abdul, Abdul Hamansah—he's gonna pay for all this shit, bro. So, Cam, we have an open budget to run this SEO shit. Abdul Hamansah, whatever we need. Yep, look at this bro: February 26th, 2020. You see the date? Look what it says. It's highlighted PPL right here. Packages. You see it highlighted. Packages. Use packages. PPL on packages, $16 to $35 a lead. How much I sold the ISP to lead—I sold them eight hundred thousand dollars worth of leads. I can show you right now. So I sold people... I'm like, bro, how do we become the PPL fucking company? And the thing is, I'm selling it to them for $35 a lead. And guess what they're doing? They're turning it around. They're selling it for $100, $150 a lead. So, yeah, maybe. Oh, bro, the ads I'm going to be making, bro, and the fucking content I'm going to be making... I'm like, "Yo guys, this is how simple it is to be a real estate investor in today's day. Download this app—in whatever the app's called—download the app, make a login, buy some credits, buy a fucking lead, copy the address, put the address in there, it tells me all the fucking comparables using fucking AI, call the fucking person..." and I'm gonna do a live call. "Hello? Your house, dude!" That's genius, dude. That's fucking genius. That's gonna be all your money, dude. That's money right there, bro. My content's gonna go like this every day, and I'm gonna be in fucking real life in front of a Lambo. I mean, you want to see? For example, that's it—eyeballs, live eyeballs, fucking that's it. And then we were running ads. Dumb money on ads, that's it, bro. I'm crazy with this. Get this in your hands and get this in the hands of Abdurahman, and you know, maybe even start with like a little test subject with just the students of yours right now, right? We can even launch this, bro. You tell me, the test subject is me, bro. I'm gonna make my own login as if I was a consumer. I'm gonna buy some leads, you know, whatever. I'll give you guys leads—you didn't have the leads—and I'm gonna act like I'm buying those leads. I'm gonna buy one lead, update it, I'm gonna record myself doing it. I'm like, "All right bro, cool offer." Put it in the pipeline, drip my pipeline up, you know? And I'll be having the first account, and that's the account I'll be fucking utilizing for, you know, you'll be seeing. I mean, I gotta be number one spender in that, too, bro. But if you want your bid to be anonymous—you don't want to put your name out there—you're paying extra attention, like ten bucks for the company name. And the thing is, look, this was going to happen. I might be bidding against fucking Faze or I might be bidding against AJ in my fucking community. And like, he might call me, "Yo bro, let me get this lead, bro." You know, it's supposed to not be me. AJ and Faze are fucking going at this shit. And then you'd be like, "Bro, cause you know, part of my community and shit, but yo, what the fuck bro? Let me get this fucking lead, bro. I'll do 50/50 with you." Now it's gonna fucking hurt our pockets because rather than the bid going up $300 or $400, they fucking stopped it at $200 and they fucking fucked our deal up. Exactly, dude. Putting a name could kind of hurt us. Even putting a company name could hurt us. Should I buy it? I haven't spoke to him; I got his number right now. So let's look at some domains too. Everything looks good, I think. Give me and Cam's number and let them know if they need any help in setting up WebinarJam, or any questions about the site we made, anything like that—let us know. I got you; I'm actually meeting them tomorrow, so I might give you a call, Zach, if that's okay tomorrow. Oh yeah, what time do you call Abdullah? They're coming to my office at 3 p.m. tomorrow. Awesome. And then listen, for Jack, right? So where does Jack fit in? Is he working with the WebinarJam guys? How can we set these guys up, Jack and in WebinarJam essentially? Like, how is that bridge going to be made? And what do I need to do to be involved to get Jack working with these guys in order to be selling for you on WebinarJam so me and Cam can get that 5%? Let me see. Jack's ready, man. He wants to get to work; he just needs to know what the fuck to do. All right, let me see. Let me give you a call tomorrow. Yeah, I know they have closers too. I think they offered you closers, but they're gonna take 5% for closers. It's fine. Like you said, I'm not saying not to do the closers, bro, but I'm saying also like, do one less closer—include Jack in there. We should put Jack in there. That's good. He's a... I want my team. For him in there, we'll do the fucking webinar I share with him. You can use the closers from there and just let me know; I can help out with the sales aspect as well too. Honestly, put me down as a closer too, bro. Me and Jack both, dude. Just put me down as a fucking alias name, dude. Honestly, that's the best thing you could do. Instead of Zach Abassi, bro, me and Jack. Cam. No, I made an alias name when we sold Wealth Extract; it was called Zane Khan. If you want to put my name down as Zane Khan, bro, as a closer, go ahead. Where's the Elite Flippers domain on Cloud? Oh, it's in... what's this place called? He has closers on Instagram. Yeah, bro, this guy—he already launched it and he's fucking running ads. Yeah, he's in that fucking industry, and he's someone from the industry too; he already knows. That's what I'm saying. Anything that's gonna happen, you might go to his website and my closers are... oh yeah, because they're making content on it too, so they can fuck our city. Closers. What if we call it... let me see. What do we call money in different languages? Let's see. Italian. Now we're talking. Soldi. Soldi. Soldi. See, bro? That's what I'm talking about. Bro, what kind of is that? You go to "Soldi," it means money in Italian because we drive Italian vehicles, you know what I'm saying? Finally, finally, I'm gonna be sure that fucking closers, bro, what the fuck sounds like some fucking guru shit. All right. Do it. What else is there? What about Soldi.net? $2,000? What the fuck? Let's buy it. Hello, what the... if you want, I'll buy soldi.net for two thousand dollars, bro, if you want to, but I would not recommend it. All right, Soldi.com? I'd pitch for that. What about Soldi.com? My soul... oh my god, "Soldi that I owe"? Soldi means money, maybe in Italian. That's true. No, bro, don't get any fucking garbage shit like this. Bro, I could just "Soldi" on Instagram for $3,000. What? $3,000? Soldi on Instagram. It's worth it, bro. I got AK callers on Instagram and I promise you, bro, the money I've made from my Instagram page on AK callers is second to none. It's made me $300,000. Like, what the fuck is $300,000? So let's make the investment. If we're going with Soldi, I'll make Soldi LLC, Soldi Enterprises LLC—Soldi whatever it is, LLC. Look at the soldi.net domain and let's get a Soldi Instagram page; then I could market the hell out of it because it's going to be on my Instagram page and I get a million-plus views a month. So niggas are going to be seeing that shit, clicking that shit, with fucking setters and fucking closers in that bitch, fucking messaging people all day long—all the investors, bro. It'll be well worth it. Listen, you tell me this though. My question is this: Should we buy it or no? It's like a 5k investment you're talking about, right? 3k for the fucking Instagram, 2K for the domain rate. What are you buying right now? Which one is it? XYZ or CC? CC? Yep. Okay. I see Soldi LLC, bro, on GoDaddy. Yeah, I'll buy it, bro. Focus. I already bought it. This thing is that what we're going to make—we're making an LLC, Soldi. It's all the LLC if you want, bro. I'll buy soldi.net; a $2,000 investment, I think that's the best investment we could do. I agree. Such a big wife for who? Let's spend $2,000 on a dinner; maybe we'll be talking about $2,000. That's all for now. To advisor for doing that? Bro, what's financial advisor? I advise myself, brother. I know, but doing fucking—I advise myself a thousand dollars on a dinner, bro. Come on, brother, you spend two thousand dollars on... you're just like, you're gonna buy yourself more money. I know, but you're just looking at hood niggas then going the fuck disrespectful. He said, they said, "But let us, let us figure it out, let us do it because they do it for..." And let me show the website; they're making and they're doing it. They're doing everything, everything from Webinar Jam. Okay, brother. What's up, man? Where you been? I need a domain, bro. The one I sent you, Soldi. Can you give me that domain? How much, bro? What are you talking about, bro? 3k. 3k? 2k? Come on, bro. You and me both know. I got one domain I'm working on right now. I was going to message you for closers, but I went direct to the guy who's still working on a deal. So he wants a few thousand dollars for like two, three closers, bro. I'm getting the fucking domain "closers," bro. So I'm getting the domain "closers." Don't look, you're not getting closers, bro. Hey, what do you mean? After New York, I think we're good, right? Cam, no, so I'm gonna end the whole thing. I might not just stay in here by yourself like you buy yourself and... yeah. All right, how about this: if you want, I'll exchange services with you, bro. I'll teach you full selling and you give me the domain. You know, for cost, how much? How much are you thinking? Well, I should—I said I know you get it for like 2, 3k. 10g. So what do you think? How much? The lower buying Soldi, man, not closers. $35,000. 3k? Hold on. This is the generator here. What does "all of us" only mean? What does "all of us" mean? Should... anything under six characters is generic. Elite investors. He said three good; he works six seconds—six characters. Do a deal for me for both, bro. You look of sex... I'm trying to get prostitute Soldi. Bro, look up De Niro, see if that fucking username is available. No, fuck that. I don't like that. That's Mexican. That's some fucking like Corona fucking Mexican shit. Fucking Modelo shit. All right, fellas. Listen, it's almost 8 o'clock. Let's call it a night. We'll come back to this. Not a good Abdullah, I'll be at your house at 6 p.m. at Jack. We'll get everything started out if we need to. And then let's hop on one more meeting before you leave, obviously, on Tuesday. If not earlier. Let's do it, bro. All right. Perfect. ### Screen sharing and meeting friend **6:11 PM - 6:19 PM PDT** | *meeting* **Microphone:** Yo. He said he gave me soldi with the Y. Do not a shit, I'll be able to. Mm-hmm. Um, let's see, I want to know how to do it too. Oh yeah, yeah, I'm happy to show you. I was just unsure like what exactly you were hesitant about. I'll send you—here, let me share my screen. Look at this. Share. So look, I'm here. OK, great. So yeah, first things first. Let's see. Okay, sweet. Yeah, sold the LLC. You got it? I like that one. See, I would go that way. Okay, so from here... I might just need to send you a link. Yeah. Soldi.net. That's the real one. Soldi.net or soldi.co, soldi.com. That's like, that's like good shit. Yo, yo what's up, brother? You at, bro, where you at? 8:30, you're supposed to meet Jason, brother, aren't you coming? Yeah, 8:30, where you—where you at? You seem like you have to quit. No, nigga, I'm driving in the city. You're not coming? Nigga, what do you mean? You never hit us up. Supposed to be there at 8:30. Bro, I've been, I said 8:30 is fine. I'm actually in the meeting right now. I'll call you back in 10 minutes. I could be there by 9 o'clock. I live 30 minutes away, 20 minutes away. So you go, not from Naperville? Yeah, I live 30 minutes away from Naperville, brother. I'm in Northbrook. I got everything that's accessible to me, bro. **System Audio:** Let me share my screen. So look, I'm here. Thank you. I need to hold it up. Yeah, that's the real one: soldi.net or soldi.co or soldi.com. Yo, what's up, brother? What's up? Where you at, bro? Where you at? 8:30. You're supposed to meet Jason, brother, aren't you coming? Yeah, 8:30. Where you at? Where you at? You seem like you have to quit. Hello, I'm driving in the city. You not coming? Nigga, what do you mean? You never hit us up. We were supposed to be there at 8:30. Bro, I've been... I said 8:30 is fine. I'm at—bro, I'm actually in the meeting right now. I could call you back in 10 minutes. I could be there by nine o'clock. Where I live is 30 minutes away, 20 minutes away, not from Naperville. Yeah, I left 30 minutes over Naperville, brother. I'm in Northbrook. I got everything that's accessible for me, bro, and plus I'm in the land. Northbrook is going north. ### Discussing domain and Cloudflare setup **6:22 PM - 6:23 PM PDT** | *work* **Microphone:** Uploaded on a WebinarJam and this and that. Well then, here's what I need to do: I need to create you a Cloudflare account so that you can control it from there. That's like the only one you don't have. Oh, I need GoDaddy. It's locked because we transferred it from GoDaddy within the last 60 days, so it's stuck unless I'm able to contact them and see if they can potentially unlock it. Yeah, tell them, "Hey, we're transferring domains because we're doing a clickbait." Why don't I file a ticket and we can... okay, let's get back together sometime this week whenever you get a chance. Yeah, okay, sounds good man. Sorry about that, you guys. **System Audio:** Because they told me that he asked for the domain so they could upload it on WebinarJam, and this—I need GoDaddy. Yeah, tell them, "Hey, we're transferring domains because we're doing ClickFunnels," you know? Okay, perfect. Yeah, let's get back together sometime this week whenever you get a chance. Yeah, no worries, bro. Appreciate it, brother. ### Reflecting on work management **6:49 PM - 6:50 PM PDT** | *work* **Microphone:** A little bit of a person, and I need to be praying for a lot of success—not a lot. I remember you were an object of what you were doing. Managing. We were working. The two-year-old is on the way, for which she has some missing lights. Should I go run an errand really quick? I wanna do this; I'm not going to go to CVS succeed. ### Discussing Opus configuration issue **8:29 PM - 8:29 PM PDT** | *work* **Microphone:** There is a huge issue with Opus. It's a configuration setting that they changed, and it's affecting the servers. ### Discussion regarding cloud code **8:34 PM - 8:57 PM PDT** | *work* **Microphone:** Ocean. That needs to get people upset, right? Yeah. It's not out of the realm of possibility; he is a finalist. Miss Alexander. If I released a new cloud code today, what you touched on—there's a new cloud code version 22. Don't go. I don't know. Actually, not much at all anymore. Yeah, but I mean I think they have like one of the strongest potential plays for building their own model, which they've been doing for a bit with the Composer 2, and even though they—no, but I also think that Microsoft is the least capable. Like, I've been so... working. Okay. When it's not working, it says the same thing. I mean, I think that's like what you can do to help yourself is just to never trust a movie. He's clearly got some... I guess the question is how tight do a couple of those plotlines go? Because I do think plotlines—there's something to survive. Are they saying Codex is just good? I mean, I've been super impressed, even given... All right. This thing says that with those target metrics you can stay 50 to 75% every moment, just by making sure you're not wasting it on dumb shit. Thank all this like cost analytics as well. It might be a little bit part of it. That... just wait. The NBA Playouts, Wednesday on ESPN. ### Testing AI agent capabilities **9:27 PM - 9:30 PM PDT** | *work* **Microphone:** Wait, did it not fix it? No, I'm sorry, I'm trying to figure out if my agent actually did Bard, Llama, and like Claude. ### Discussing AI generated slides **9:35 PM - 9:43 PM PDT** | *work* **Microphone:** That's what might be ideal, right? So that's right, because I've just gotten two different systems that have made stunning slides. Yeah, see, the PowerPoint it created had new images included in it. Well, that's good. Just fucking busy as a motherfucker, man. Got the Eddie coming in. Lord. Yeah, and then I was just going to say, have to be two weeks. That one fucking sucked. That's a Tuesday, mean—it's a Sunday. May 5th is a Tuesday. Oh no, oh yeah, sorry, my bad. I'm looking at April. Yeah, it's a Tuesday. I'll talk to him about it again. Also Cinco de Mayo. Oh. Alright, well, yeah, we'll figure that out. I'll sit down on today's call. We'll include other things to ask the system. As long as it looks like we're doing it and their heads are down and doing that shit, that's all that matters. We can pass it off. We're gonna talk on the call. I'll give him some shit for it or whatever. I'm assuming it's because of something, if you need be. I know, I don't know. I don't give a fuck about that, bro. You know, you're... Yeah. So, maybe I might tweak up the landing page a little bit more, but some smoking beers, make it look like we're doing some shit and mock up the comparable stuff. Totally. Skirtful blood. You're the one that's too slow. Yeah. I was on a type review about when I came to your house. This is... can't believe done. I mean, shit, dude. I mean, we just did a month of work for a grand, and we're getting another $750 out of it after a fucking homie pays. Just fucking call it that, you know what I mean? Like, sure, you may have undercut our work for real value had we not done this fucking thing that we just did the last month. Totally. No way. Yeah. No way. Mm-hmm. Know, we're in a decent spot. I gotta fucking get some fucking contracts fucking signed, but I got so many guys—motherfuckers are fucking ghosting my ass. Push to two people, everyone's just got done with or something. So it's like, their shit goes until the end of April, basically. Yeah, whatever. Know there's like the October extension. Way out to October. Amen. Meet with their book and clients and all that stuff. So typically, some folks who I've met between '21 and '23—about three people shouldn't have done that because all three motherfuckers now have job interviews lined up for SDR roles and are blowing me up asking me to figure it out or they're screwed. I know bro, I feel bad dude, cause I was like for fucking five minutes one of my homies... now if I could tell him where to look and everything. He got an SDR role in a first round interview tomorrow at 7am with LinkedIn. What? Oh, that's sick. Sometimes really dumbfuckers don't even know where to look, bro. They have to be told where to look what an SDR position is, bro. The fuck? Searching up textiles. I got a textile job near me. What the fuck? Yeah. It's so hard. I'll probably find a fucking millifle on Craigslist, refine that shit. Dude, it's so retarded man. And yeah, no, I was just thinking about it; I like how blow I've been like fucking a day, and they keep texting me. But man, can we just start a side business for consulting? Yeah. Basically. Ugh. No way. What is that story? When do you get the back bay? First. Jesus, nice to be though, but I'm equally as nervous, dude. I mean, Claude has been... plan in place for us to get something in the works in the next couple of days that should hopefully be like not disappointing in every respect. Um, yeah, but I'm definitely fucking excited and nervous equally. No way, how's it good, man? He hit me up. He broke his, like, rib or something. What the fuck? I already prefaced it beforehand, I was like, "Man, there's like 10 minutes just telling him how busy you are, we dropped both belly clients and have not been doing any." Too late from email, your Shane, then let's get him followed up with Abdullah and Abdul in the country, right? And then we'll push these three motherfuckers and a mayor basically out till next month. Can I go from there? Ah, it's too tight. Yeah, but it's okay. I would love to have him as a direct listing though for Chicago, like just be able to pull up, stay at his place for the low. That would be sick. And, yeah, I mean, yeah. 100%. Let's depends on the time and the cost of everything. You know? A lot of moving parts are now pretty much a fact. And bussin'. Bitches bussin'. Man, dude, we can get this PPL shit, bro. I cannot tell you, bro. They just get this in their hand, bro. They do the rest. Yeah, just trying to make fucking half a million off this take fucking $3,000. I'll just check my MacBook. Yeah, it's okay. We're getting there, though. Slowly but surely. Yep, for real man. Um, I appreciate you. Let's get after it. And yeah, congrats on the Plex contract. When do you start, specifically? I mean, I've already started. I'm basically a Small World, which is like... Really? You're spending more time on the Ghaffars? And then I've been doing Fresh Connect bullshit. So I'm stop everything on hold and just duplex Small World and it's PPL shit and that's it. I think I'm do that fully. Dude, like I'm also doing the same thing in a lot of regards as well too. So, you know, let's just fucking keep these relationships open. And then the PPL shit, I think we're in a good spot man if we have... Yes, sir. Oh, my David. I bought all my games shit in there finally and then I'm done. Oh yeah, that's sick. That's awesome, man. You're going to flip it all or just flip some of it? Oh, okay. Where? Where? Where? I'll show it to you when I get it. It'll make more sense and you should see it. Put it on the ground. All right, brother. I think patient, man. Yep, most definitely bro. So, thank you. Bye. Thank you. Okay. What is the difference? What is the name? Thank you. Okay. What is the name? Thank you. Okay. Thank you. Okay. I'm going to go to the next video. What is the difference between the two and the two? So, okay. So, thank you. What is the name? Okay. So, thank you. So, thank you. What are you doing? I'm the Teorita and I'm a beautiful. Thank you. Thank you. Line jumper, leading the way for San Antonio. Raychev going to come back in as Tiago Splitter keeps... Wow, Scoot Henderson, we haven't seen him in the fourth quarter; we haven't seen Jeremy Grant. I'm gonna cook, eat, burp, burp, shoot. Only good in one experience. Eat people off stream, that's fine. They'll manage. They're having no problems. You're using the shield? I don't know. I'm just asking you a question. I'm trying to understand. But that's showing in the root of the directory.
